After reading those recipes, making them should have been pretty simple for a well-reasoning adult...... oh, wait.
She could have just left that meat to marinate a few hours longer to soften it, taken it out of the fridge, let it become room temp, stuffed it with the cheese, and then sautéed it in a pan. The whole putting it in an oven and then simmering it in the marinade?
As for the asparagus concoction, she should have sautéed the asparagus, removed it from the pan, cooked the nuts and breadcrumbs, and then returned the asparagus to the same pan to mix all together. What she made looked like a gloppy mess.
The potatoes looked dry. She should have added some sour cream or greek yogurt to them.
No wonder she orders take out.
