Its currently only on the switch, they have said though that their gonna be a PC release in 2022 I believe. I shall be holding out till then.
For now it's Switch exclusive. It's also running on the RE-Engine which is significantly more friendly to the Switch's hardware than World's MT-Framework from my understanding.
