If you try to clear everything up and make sure everything's OK, you're blamed for bring it up, if you try to apologize and say you're wrong (as a previous user did), you're torn to shreds, and if you try to pretend it never happened (in a completely different chat, by the way), it's your fault for not bringing it up. You can't win. And it is always your fault, because you didn't handle it right. But the truth is, there is no right way to handle it. You can't win.

Oh man sorry it took so long for me to make an account. I used to be in PMD-E when it started up. Had a team and everything. Even I drew a little comic about the questionable bdsm items when they came out. Honestly, I really want to watch PK's fame go down. Both of her patreons have been steadily losing money, so she only makes $30K a year off of them exclusively. Which is still money, but it's not a ton for her to live comfortably.

I actually just watched the "sins of a complacent artist" vids earlier today, and yeah I'd love to work toward that sort of style. We'd aim them to PK's fans since PK herself wouldn't listen to anything and would probably send Vee to write a whole novel against us.

For now, I've posted a pdf of what I have so far. The video's temp name will be "PK vs. The Truth". I've still got a lot of PK's bullshit that you guys have graciously posted on here to go through. Also, a suggestion for a floraverse parody: Faunaverse. If floraverse has stuff all made from plants, the Faunaverse has stuff made from animals. Like, crazy Lovecraftian horror shit with eyes and tentacles everywhere. Give PK's demon characters a real home amongst proper monsters, man.

There are so many unnecessary and distracting design elements that I spend more time trying to figure out how the fuck the characters are supposed to function than relating to them as characters. I don't know how anyone is supposed to use this as a guide to make their own rabbit-bat-thing (which I assume is the goal) when it looks like PK herself doesn't even know what she wants the species to be. The wildly different species variations and 'hybrids' are pointless, it's like she just dumps everything that comes out of her head onto the page instead of going through a visual development process. I actually think her most successful designs are her more generic furry ones, like the cat thing on the first panel of this page.



I think it has a lot to do with the fact that she draws mountains of porn of the characters.

I happen to really love Min and her species; I know her design is based off of Celebi's, but it has more of its own unique elements that make it really interesting to me. Her and Amdusias too look really pretty.
