Donald will be going after Yaniv for costs since the case was dropped, and with all the evidence of targeted harassment and false imprisonment, he should win easily.
This latest tactic is just a deterrent and sort of a last ditch effort to paint Donald in a negative light.
Donald has been outstanding at keeping his head low and not putting himself in dumb situations lately so hopefully he continues that path.

For every complaint he's ever filed at the HRT, someone needs to file a complaint against him. Between ableism, racism, discrimination against religious groups, and sexual harassment there's loads of material to work with.
And besides, it's literally a free service unless you're caught being egregiously stupid like Yaniv was.

There was a female on twitter, who claimed to be Donald's ex-gf/from the same place (iirc) who was forever bad-mouthing him at every given chance, makes me wonder if it's the same person from a different account.

A judge getting pissed off enough to step in on Donald's behalf and take ahold of the case himself pretty much means the game is fucking OVER for our favourite shiesty greasy scammer. JYS is pretty much going to have to make utterly outragous deflection attempts like heavy suicide-baiting or heart-attack baiting, pretending to be the victim of a hate crime Jussie Smollett style, I don't even know what could possibly deflect this now. I think it's safe to say that he's fucked. Finally, good and proper fucked.

edited to add: Re Judge Cohen - the one who wouldn't let Kari Simpson speak on Donald's behalf...
and the same person, iirc, who yaniv was smug about being some sort of LGBT supporter (will upload screenshot when found) and who yaniv felt had his back.
I found an article on this Judge Cohen (afaik - will delete if I have it wrong) and all I can say is that I'm glad he's not involved any further with Donald's case... Donald I feel, at this point has come full circle on his redemption arc. Yea he is goofy and was definitely low grade cow material, but in the last year or so, the dude has kept his head down and done nearly everything right, and actually listened to the advice of others and put himself in a pretty good spot. He played the long game and it is paying off for him.

Sadly in B.C. at least all they do is put you in the suicide watch ward in Vancouver General Hospital for 3 days, and you have to act like a complete self-destructive fucking lunatic to hold you there beyond that even if you don't co-operate with staff during your 72 hour stay.
