We all know Burn Loot Murder is going to go crazy again. The question is, will the cops stop them? Will attorneys charge them? Will judges convict them? Barring those things, will innocent citizens find their balls and chase them out of their neighborhoods?

Time will tell, I guess.
No they won't, which is why business owners need to invest capital into buying a gun and a nice portable chair.

Chauvin is a violent retard and he's going to get the book thrown at his ass and deserves it.
His fucking stupid powertripping ass genuinely told a fucking EMT that he'd mace them if they kept asking for permission to check his vitals.

You mean one of the bystanders who claimed to be an EMT after invading the scene from the crowd baying for police blood wasn't taken at their word?

Well I never!

Missed the intro, whose is the black guy? Other then a wrestler. Guessing he's going to be their expert witness on holds?

edit: Regardless if they like him or not, pol memes are gonna be fun.

Let's not kid ourselves, there are going to be riots, looting and further property destruction and death regardless of the outcome.

Chauvin could be found guilty of all charges and still that will not be enough for the barbarians at the gate. I've seen the entirety of the arrest video and the only miscarriage of justice would be for Chauvin to be found guilty. If he is indeed found guilty then that is the entirety of a system capitulating to terrorist threats.

If Chauvin is found guilty there will be hundreds if not thousands of cops quiting and walking out seeing that they have de facto become sacrificial lambs to a system that imparts "justice" via the blackmail of a horde of thugs.

I know my reasoning sounds over the top but after seeing how the world has been turned on its head in the last couple of years, nothing seems too outlandish or off the table anymore.

Edit2: Maybe both of them then? 🤷‍♂️ a compare and contrast.

Edit: from @tehpope thanks. Also this video @Random Internet Person:

Maybe we should add the local archived footage of the police bodycam footage to the OP, the one of Floyd's arrest? (I remember an 18 minute version, but maybe I am imagining things?)

Good refresher of the event. (I have no idea how to embed local copies...)

It's funny. I was a wrestler too. One of the first things we learned was "Control the neck/head. Wherever the head goes, the body follows". If I was a 5'9" 160lbs man, and I needed to constrain a 6'6" 250lbs male, the number one thing I would do is try and control his neck/head.

Chauvin is going to jail for his tax bullshit because he's an asshole.

Floyd is dead because his usual grift finally bit him in the ass because he's an asshole.

Therefore the verdict of the court is that we've got two dudes that are assholes and have been or will be punished for their douchebaggery. Everyone can go home now.

Not good enough!

Half Of The Jury In The Chauvin Trial Is Nonwhite. That's Only Part Of The Story
Even so, the jury's basic racial breakdown glosses over some important nuance.

Two of the Black men on the jury are not African Americans but, rather, Black immigrants. During questioning, they expressed the kind of moderate views on policing and race relations that defense attorney Eric Nelson generally found acceptable as he considered which potential jurors to strike and which to allow.

None of the Black jurors ultimately chosen for the panel spoke extensively about personal experiences with racism or about having had overtly negative interactions with police. Several said they had a healthy respect for law enforcement.

Not for long. They'll get cancelled faster than my shopping cart order.

You know you're going to be on national television for the most important trial of the decade, and this is what you fucking wear?

Also, she keeps saying that she forgets certain events and couldn't recall if certain people were there or not.

Prosecutor: "Were you given a copy of the transcript [that you gave to the investigators about the arrest]"
Witness: "I seen it"
Prosecutor: "Did you ever read it?"
Witness: "No"

Fucking Christ. What is fucking wrong with these people. Do they not know the level of scrutiny they're under? Both by the court and the public?
I weep for our country.
