This whole trial is a comic.MMA Idiot is a fun character. I feel like he's walked right out of a comic book or tv show and doesn't know it.

If he were truly being a professional, he would have kept interrupting the defense attorney to call him a "fucking bum."MMA dude kept talking about maintaining “professionalism” at the scene but the dude can’t be professional at all during questioning hmm
Yup, totally get your point, as the law can be corrupt and changed to make the innocent guilty. I'm just saying in context of todays america where blacks are saying one thing yet acting another, and quite honestly getting preferential treatment in todays culture.I’m going to play black guy’s advocate here and suggest that the law will find the smallest reason to prosecute someone (or even make one up) if it’s someone they WANT to prosecute. Try applying your logic to CCP dissidents and see if your opinion changes.
I am not having sex with any children unlike the people on the left"My stomach hurts, my neck hurts, everything hurts"
-the last words of a man obviously on fentanyl
You people are fucking children
Reading this shit just reminded me that redditors are as comically reductive as they are terminally addicted to pop culture. The Redditors were not happy with the defense's line of questioning. https://www.reddit.com/r/news/comme...medium=android_app&utm_source=share&context=3
You're saying that he didn't die if you imply that theres a requirement lacking here.
I think its pretty likely that no matter what the police did, he would have died anyways.
They will then argue that, while it may have been procedure (eliminating 2nd degree murder), continuing said procedure past x point when there are other options Chauvin could have employed (which they will likely successfully argue), evidences that situation with unreasonable risk.

Nothing can stop these retards from applying a TVtropes autism to every circumstance like some sort of catch-all.
I think in the other thread, you asked me what I would have done differentlyJust like in the previous thread, I'll ask you to provide the training materials, manuals, policy or guidelines on this. You have no idea how personal restraint works, how or why police procedure is structured in general, and zero knowledge about Chauvins training in specific.
In general you're faulting Chauvin for not having perfect information or Christ-like abilities to lay on hands.
In this case, its actually proving that he put Floyd in an unreasonable situation which could have contributed to death. No, the issue is causation. You have to prove that the actions of the person resulted in death. In this case Chauvin didn't shove fentanyl down Floyd's throat so the point is moot.
Police union is funding defense and spending quite a pretty penny - I don't think the cost of an expert witness is a big deal here. The prosecution is being deliberately retarded. Finally, this retard is excused. I expect the defense to bring in actual, qualified experts to explain the police procedures Chauvin was trained and expected to use. People that have actual degrees and expertise in their fields. Those cost money though so I don't know what the defense's funding is at this point.
I live in the middle of nowhere.Gotta pick on if you're living on the East coast: Y'all, or You'ze Gui'ze
He was probably going to have him ask his cousin to pick up a bag of chips and some root beer.Cups Foods, a dangerous neighborhood. It is now.
"Your cousin loves snacks?" What kind of question is that?

The view seems to be that the very fabric of reality itself as reflected in unedited body cam footage is downstream from pop cultureSad to see so many of my fellow Americans going to bat over the State's ability to handcuff and lynch a man, using the tropes right wing media moguls have parroted for years and years. That all black people are running around on drugs all the time and din du nuffin,
I don't live around retards on the EC so its neither.Gotta pick on if you're living on the East coast: Y'all, or You'ze Gui'ze
