Used to work at a gas station that served food off a roller grill (hotdogs, corndogs and pizza roll things that i forget the name of.)
After around 3 hours we would toss out any unsold food but we would be able to eat anything that was left.
Then it stopped when someone working the nightshift would overstock the grill so that when they had to toss stuff out they would get a ton of free food that they would pack up and take home.
Powerleveling here, but I used to work at a pizza shop and we kept EVERYTHING. a bunch of extra plain cheese slices no one ordered? Mine. Someone ordered a cheesesteak and refused to pay for it because it cost slightly more than expected because of sales tax? Mine. Someone ordered a huge a supreme pizza with pineapples and didn't pick up their pizza by closing time? Gave it to my fat brother. We never wasted anything. This was a small, local place and not some chain.

Based Local restaurants.
They almost always treat their customers and workers better than any chain business.

The only reasons chains throw old food out is health code reasons which could get them fined. My manager didn't care if we ate old food but said if upper management came by to not eat it or say it was a personal pizza. It's not chains being assholes but just government overreach being retarded.

I thought this looked familiar

There always has to be that one asshole who finds an exploit and ends up ruining it for everyone. Back in HS, I worked for a place close to the school that allowed student employees to hang out there provided we weren't assholes. We just watched TV and youtube videos, then some nigger got hired who invited his friends over who didn't even work there. They broke a computer trying to do fucking backflips off of tables, so high schoolers were banned off the clock and on the clock, they started supervising us a lot more and they didn't even fire the nigger whose fault all this was.

At this point is Quintons love for Garfield even ironic?
I'm glad you ask fellow average kiwi. We already got an answer to that back in May 22 and you can hear the man himself say it in his My Garfield Vacation video.
In case you are to lazy to click, is because his father printed him every Garfield strip ever instead of buying a fucking collection.

Also, in the upcoming Lost Plushie video he expands on how ironic he truly is with it.

He does like Garfield a lot due to nostalgia and has an autistic level of knowledge on it. Garfield is pretty much the best he has left as a Youtube personality because is a largely ironic community and he is the only one that aims for a historic approach.
