I'd be willing to bet none of these people are Marxists, they're just faggy liberals.
Whats the difference?

Im having a good laugh going over the witness testimony. The very first guy really got the ball rolling with how retarded this is going to be. I feel bad for the people of Minneapolis but I cant wait to see the peaceful riots and murders that are going to happen regardless of the outcome.

So hear me out on this, what if the fat bitch took the photo to make sure the jury knows its out there.
For some of them who might have been leaning towards innocent the very thought that their identity is now known might be enough to intimidate them without any direct threats.

Like "It would be a shame if Chauvin was found not guilty, just so happens you got a nice looking house and dog." type of thing going on. I know someone linked the criminality of jury intimidation but a societal and implied threat is much less actionable for the justice system.
Still a huge fucking threat in my book, basically hoping to dangle the faces and identity of the Jury to the very "peaceful" mob of BLM and Antifa

Nah, the judge said a security guard caught her taking a photo of a prosecutor and a prosecution witness talking on another floor. I can’t see how that affects the case, it’s just her/her client’s clutch for fame. Maybe they plan to write an “it was all about me after all” book and cash in?

The jurors are fucked anyway, the news article I read gave WAY too many personal details for them to stay anonymous for long. For example, for one juror, as well as her sex, age and occupation, the article even stated she’d recently got a dog and what breed it was. Why the hell would we need to know that? Just stupid.

Not to Conspiracy or sound nuts, but maybe someone on the inside gave away too many details on purpose to help push a narrative and a threat

I think in the other thread, you asked me what I would have done differently

with "move into any other position? Tie him to a tree if you want, sit on the dudes arms and legs, etc. The way he acted is just such a horrible PR move and pretty much he fucked up and called this on himself when he froze on the dude's neck, even when the other cops were like "should we do something different".

In this case, its actually proving that he put Floyd in an unreasonable situation which could have contributed to death.
"Kneeling on his neck is such a bad PR move. They should have literally hung him from a tree."
Bruh.

If any of the jurors are especially active on social media, there’s probably facial recognition software out there that could track them down.
Taking a photo of the jury in this case is de-facto jury intimidation and Fat Kamala should be hit with contempt of court at the very least.

The great thing about law talking on the Internet is at least in real countries like the United States, the law is public (and where it is not it is really bad but let us not go into that now).

You can confirm every claim I made. Including the existence of such a thing as a Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law in Minnesota. It's amazing! Not even absolute charlatans such as I can deceive you when there are publicly available sources that actually tell you the law!

And you can even find shit that says I'm wrong, if I actually am, and then talk mad shit about me.

Absolutely nobody can make certain statements about juries, though, because they can do anything. I'm betting on this jury convicting this asshole of something. No matter what it is, it's getting appealed. Denying the motion for a change of venue, after the entire jury pool more or less stated they already personally hated the defendant, is pretty amazing.

Way to set up an appeal, idiots.

And on that general subject, why not grant a change of venue? Obviously the defense would want to move it to a white enclave, but seriously, would moving it to St. Paul have been a huge deal? What reason could they have for not changing venue other than that they're literally rigging the trial to guarantee a conviction?
Holy shit dude I was shitting on that sped who threatened to report you for pretending to be a real lawyer. You may not be a lawyer, but you certainly can't take a joke.

When I first saw the video of Chauvin and Floyd, I thought it was an act of murder on Chauvin's part. After having learned more facts of the case in the 500 years since, I changed my mind and came to the realization that Chauvin was not responsible for Floyd's death.
This is why I want him off. Plus, I want all the chimpouts of last summer to have been for nought. I do not want Burn Loot Murder to be rewarded.

You can always tell someone isn’t a lawyer and just read a lot because they bring up a ton of shit that no one ever argues in the real world. It’s like someone knowing exactly what each piece of an airplane does, how it works, etc, but they can’t fly the fucking thing.

Is the sun going to rise on Easter?

Coverage of this on TV is so pozzed. By the end of the trial they're going to have you believe that Jesus and the Apostles were sharing needles. I unironically used the word "lügenpresse" yesterday while watching coverage. Somewhere along the way, we really lost the ability to distinguish facts and feelings.

The MSM coverage of the trial today was mostly boiled down to this: "Small children recounted how seeing a man who looked just like their daddy being lynched in the streets made them very sad."

I think part of the inevitable frothing at the mouth and rolling of the eyes (much like the agony of our Lord and Savior on the one true cross) that will happen is going to happen in large part because journalists are tards.

Working people looking for a good trial summary are fed a lot of opinion from people who can't imagine that anyone could possibly view the world from a different perspective.

My first real, serious red-pill was the Zimmerman trial. They specifically took efforts to lighten Zimmerman's face and exclusively used images of Martin as a child, when he was basically a grown ass adult.

Corporate journalists are some of the scummiest people the world has ever known. I don't regard them as human.
