Gotta love this one.
>eventually new variants will arise that will beat our attempts to stop it from [reproducing]
>that's why we need to attempt to beat it.

Its like he's so close to having the "click" in the head, and so close to realizing the truth - but blind propaganda (cope, maybe?) just wont allow it

Frankly, I'm not even sure what he's afraid of. It's a well established fact that Filipinos are the most powerful race in the world.

just weeks after she got the disease (despite her and everyone who visited her wearing masks) was convinced to get the vaccine (both jabs).
I just can't compute this one. :stress:

the chimpouts from the #ZeroCOVID crowd continue:

Six months? The government can't afford that, buddy. You can't go "zero community transmission," you re.tard. This is a hyper-flu virus. It's gonna spread one way or another.

These people really don't understand how neither society nor viruses function and it baffles my mind more and more each time.

lol.

I really liked the world back when there was no facebook and twitter, these idiots had a social reach of maybe 6 people, and I was wasn't subjected to this amount of mental diarrhea. I feel like my brain is turning to mush reading this shit. Imagine in 2021 thinking you can have zero incidence of this virus. Even if they did eradicate the virus by some fluke of nature, you'd still be getting people testing "positive" because the testing is shit and throws false positives. 🎩🎩🎩

Back then, I used to meet/mix with a lot of people (part job/part liked traveling solo) and periodically come across real narrow minded idiots. Now those like minds can combine and concentrate.

It doesn't help that MSM has also been taken over by their inbred family members

You allow something to breed like a virus when you are a lolcow who's takes no proven measures to stop the transmission of the virus thus stopping the breeding of it because you like to feel like a victim and dick riding David Icke too much, Pretty telling new types of covid comes from counties that did the worst job stopping it.

Please don't stop posting, every post, makes me laugh my ass off. This is the funniest thread on the site.

The second and far more troubling change has been to the term herd immunity. It's now being pressed into the soft skulls of our neighbors that you achieve herd immunity through vaccine and vaccine only. That's one aspect to pushing the vaccine as the be all end all. You got COVID before? Well, that doesn't matter because you can only achieve herd immunity with the vaccine! Quite ironic then how the vaccines don't actually provide any immunity, as all these reports of the vaccinated testing positive seem to confirm.
The vaccines do some immunity and does make you less contagious if you still do catch it, which is probably part of why cases have so sharply decreased these past months (alongside the "discovery" right after Orange Man left office that we were doing testing wrong).

How is David Icke any less credible than Chicom-loving WHO scientists at this point? I've always been rooting for the virus anyway because I understand how pandemics work.

Lol you admitted you dick ride David Icke, fucking love this thread, gift that keeps on giving.

Well this is fun. *yawn*
Someone in one of the groups I'm in started a thread about "How many of us have been vaccinated?" and I asked why the hell I'd want to get vaccinated if I'd already had Der Coof and these are the responses I'm getting:
  • "There are new strains of the disease that you could still get sick from even if you've already had COVID. Think about it like influenza. There are new strains of influenza each year and new vaccines developed to help your body fight against those. It's also a good idea to get vaccinate for herd immunity."
  • "You're taking a chance between getting COVID again and having side effects of the vaccine. The side effects are quite mild in general and well-documented, whereas with COVID it varies widely and depends on the particular variant you get."
  • "If I had to choose (and I guess I am, as a pregnant woman to boot), I would definitely take the known side effects over the unknowns of having the virus."
  • "There's also the very practical nature of the vaccine passport, which may soon open up more activities for you to do, should you get vaccinated."
That's some insane levels of mental gymnastics on display. My two favorite arguments and counterpoints:
  • Okay, so new variants have already come up and will likely continue to as the virus undergoes its natural evolution, much like the flu (as the dummy mentioned). So new vaccines would probably have to be developed to counter those. If that's the case, why would getting the jab now actually help in the future, if it turns out that it's ineffective against the new variants? If you were concerned about that, why not wait until there's a vaccine to counter those variants instead of rushing to get jabbed immediately?
  • Why do these dummies continue to think that the coof is a big unknown nowadays? I could understand the concern a year ago when this nightmare was beginning, but we know this shit pretty damn well by now. For the vast majority of people, it's little more than a flu or a cold, you might feel like shit for a couple days but you'll get over it. For fatsos, diabetics, and olds, you might have a worse time, but even then the odds are pretty good you'll be fine. Meanwhile, it's literally impossible to know if these vaccines have any long-term side effects to be worried about due to the fast development time, so no, they can't possibly be entirely "well-documented." And with various EU countries putting a halt on the AZ vaccine because of possible brain thrombosis, forgive me if I'm not just a wee bit hesitant.
And that's without getting into the idea that these morons have that vaccines somehow inject you with magic disease-fighting medicine, when anyone who knows even the most basic facts about vaccines knows that it's just teaching your immune system how to deal with a disease, the exact same way you would if you'd caught it in the first place. Thus, there's really no reason for someone to get jabbed for a disease they've already had because it literally won't do anything that your body hasn't already done. Good luck getting this simple fact through their skulls.

And fuck anyone who says that I need to show them proof I've been jabbed in order to live like I've been doing for my whole life. It's just more retarded pointless theater at best, yet another gross overreach of government power at worst.
There's definitely a lot of good ol' boy sentiment around Mississippi state politics, and nothing much about Tate Reeves really stood out to me pre-election. But he's certainly doing a lot of late to improve my opinion of him. Here's hoping he sticks to his guns.

Wouldn't you need an act of Congress to do something as insane as requiring yellow stars for the wrong people vaccine passports?

Nah, they can just get the private corporations to do it for them with no real fear of repercussions. Large private corporations are above the law in this country.

So first they stopped giving Astra Zeneca to older people, now they're stopping it for people UNDER 60... But apparently Astra Zeneca is now branded as Vaxzevria, so it's all good.
But at least our head Branch Covidian priest is now changing the narrative to "vaccines will keep you from spreading", so at least masks and distances would not need to be enforced.

A timely reminder that "none" of the vaccines have FDA approval yet.

They have only been given "Emergency Use Authorization" (EUA) status, which is a special dispensation that allows them to distribute the vaccine without formal approval.

WHAT IS THE PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE?
The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19.
There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.
The FDA has authorized the emergency use of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to prevent COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

So apparently EU countries have been buying up Russia's Sputnik vaccine in contravention of the EU centralised approach to vaccines.

What made me LOL? Germany of all countries is one of them. Talk about two-faced.

Honestly, the AZ vaccine is a third the cost of the Pfizer vaccine, doesn't require being kept at super-subzero temperatures and AZ allowed it to be manufactured in non-Western countries like India.

I'm pretty skeptical about the vaccines in general given how rushed all of them are, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit to learn Pfizer, Moderna and / or Johnson and Johnson are trying to smear the AZ one. Pfizer is making $15bn this year alone from their vaccine. And vastly more if they can get governments to mandate it as a regular thing. Whilst AZ has been distributing their vaccine at cost.
