Eh, fair enough. Good Lawyers on YouTube are hard enough to come by because "this isn't actual advice that I can endorse."
BarnesLaw, Viva Frei, even Alan Dershowitz has a show on YT. You don't have to sink to Legal Eagle levels to get reasonable legal opinions, even on shilltube.

Edit: Just including a link to Dershowitz's show because I'm surprised it's not more popular. Whatever his other issues, few dispute his legal expertise.

I'd disagree with Barnes. The man huffs his own farts -hard-. He has a good mind and has done good work, but he also has a massive ego problem that prevents him seeing past his own biases. Frei is usually pretty good, helps he is a Canadian lawyer so he has to bone up on American law which prevents bias issues.

The real make or break issues are "the cause of mr. floyd's death"
kneeling on the neck of a handcuffed, passed out guy which eventually resulted in his death.
You’re clearly in the camp that holds Chauvin 100% responsible for St Floyd‘s death. The physical evidence in the autopsy showed literally zero physical damage that would account for a fatal injury. Your chocolate god died because he was an OD’ing methed-up druggie scumbag with a clogged heart. He was already showing signs of the OD that killed him even before he ended up on the ground.
Gonna be really hard to prove murder when the physical evidence doesn’t support the knee restraint as the cause of death.

This was posted much, much earlier, but look at the obscene level of detail the media has been allowed to publish about the jurors. I think #2 and #118 are particularly bad, but also 55, 27 and 19. Why should we know or care whether they are married, their religion, what sports they play, or what kind of dogs they have? I’ve never heard of anything like this before, and wonder if it’s unique to the USA.
Lol, that’s the jury? He’s fucked. How did they get past selection? :story:
This is mistrial material.

I can't wait to see more witnesses who are used to Twitter and FB and their YASSS KWEEN! bullshit IRL getting the smackdown when authority doesn't stand up and clap.

I'll be Fatty McFirefighter went home and cried into a bucket of chicken.

Could you imagine being in a burning house and seeing her lard ass jog 10 steps before stopping because she's winded?

You might as well douse yourself in gasoline to get it over quick.

The cause of death is disputed and the trial is there to settle that.
There are charges other than murder too.

Would anyone be really surprised if Chauvin ends up guilty?

No. Why would that surprise anyone?

No matter what a piece of crap of a person the cop is actually killing a cop murdering someone is called murder. Putting the cop part in front of it does not make it not murder. So no not surprise if he ends up guilty.

Probably the other way around I will be surprised if he gets off with a slap on the wrist. At this point I doubt it. If he gets off easy it will be like Rodney King all over again. In fact it kind of already was. Why repeat history?

But hey who the fuck knows. Is the only answer.

Chauvin will get off with a slap on the wrist with a misdemeanor if anything at all. He will serve no additional jail time. Minneapolis will burn...again.

This is what will happen.

I'll see y'all in 2022 when this finally goes to trial and we get a verdict.

Floyd's family doesn't care anymore, they were paid off by the Vermin of the state.

Boy were they paid off. I cannot imagine what I would have to do to get that much money.

The judge said during the juror selection process the trial is expected to last at least 4 weeks.

Damn that is a long time. 4 weeks? It seems so long I cannot imagine court taking a lot of time like you know the OJ Simpson trial was only like years upon years.

Jesus 4 weeks? Its like so unfair like Chauvin will have to wait practically the rest of his life just to get through trial.

How would there be evidence of suffocation? Suffocation just means a person cannot get air. Usually the only way to prove suffocation deaths are by marks on a persons body scratches or bruises but certainly not a crushed trachea. But on the other hand a knee on a persons neck pushing them onto concrete would leave pretty much no evidence at all.

Oh yeah except the dozens of witnesses and videos all the testimony and the ambulance showing up and the medic telling Chauvin to go ahead and remove his knee because Floyd was already dead and could not be suffocated any more so it was useless. Except all that. Not sure if that is important.

But yeah it might be?

Suffocation leaves bruising along the muscles and tissue below the skin. Not just due to what causes it either, the body desperately trying to take in air will bruise itself.

That is true like when a person gets food stuck in their throat and the body sucks in for air instinctively lodging the food in even further. The body does crazy stuff to survive.

To add to my last statement: Suffocation is not some miracle death method that leaves no trace. It causes the lungs to expand and even tear leaves bruises along the air pathways and causes some very distinct minor damages all throughout the lungs and throat. All of this completely ignoring -how- someone suffocated. In the case of Floyd, if the cause of death was suffocation via knee you'd expect to find some severe bruising around the air pathways in the neck where bones cut off the airflow.

All of this was missing in the autopsy, meaning simply put that the man -did not- die of suffocation. It is actually fairly black and white.

The more plausible case, if one were to insist Chauvin did him in, would be to claim that the hold instigated the heart attack. The reason the prosecution hasn't gone this route is that the drugs basically mean the answer would be "We have no idea if it was the knee or just plain od that triggered it" and Chauvin would be acquitted. So instead we have a farce, where the prosecution is going to do all it can to muddy the waters of how Chauvin died and get as many witnesses as it can to emotionally appeal to the jury.

To put it another way, if there was evidence that Floyd died of suffocation, it would have been the first thing the prosecution placed down. Their very first expert testimony, before any other witnesses, would be a medical examiner. Doing so would put the defense at a steep disadvantage as now they'd have to switch from proving Chauvin didn't kill him to trying to find an excuse.

But the prosecution -didn't- do this. That should tell you a lot since it means they don't think that is the strongest part of their case. And yet, that part is absolutely vital to the whole damn thing.

Alright, everone, I've finished masturbating.

Here's my question. Why did the the fuckable child-woman (Ugly) refuse New Flesh and lie. She said "George of the Jungle eats his own cuim (he Didn't). He died becuas ehe was skinny and 12 yeards oldf??????"

That obviously isnt't the case. I watched the footage. Derek Chauvin prays, he kneels before God (Flesh), his new Flesh God. He is witnessed by (8) MMA Fighters, Gas Stations, Children, Failed Medics, Yes. Maybe, but he doesn't tape George Floyd (The untransitory apenigger).

What. Does. This. Mean.

If George Floyd ahcained to new flesh with High Priest Derek Chauvin ascending, Why would he sodomize him? Why cum inside George Floyf?

WHY.

YOU EVIL CUNT

GEORGE IS BLASK FLESH.

HE WAS NOT RAPED>

SHUIT THE FUCK UP!

>this judge doesn't agree with me, I bet he's a trump supporter

IT
NEVER
ENDS
THIS
SHIT
They're 2nd generation illegal beaners. They're basically Floyd's step-siblings.
For all the hard-working traits that tend to catagorize a majority of 1st gen illegals that just want a way to survive, their children tend to be the most obnoxious, lazy narcissists to walk this earth.

How would there be evidence of suffocation?
Well there certainly wouldn’t be if there was no suffocation. For instance, if he died because he scarfed down a couple of pills that had an unexpected dose of meth, which along with panicking over being arrested and going to jail for the sixth time in ten or so years, caused his severely diseased heart to go into arrest.
When you graduate junior high we should also discuss the difference between suffocation and asphyxiation.
