Can you guys highlight the funny clips of the witness being stupid. I can't read the whole thread at work.

They didn't have to know his history, it proves that when he's yelling on video 'I can't breathe' it may very well be the same lie he used before. If that's true--Okay, and? How do you know that all four cops including Chauvin knew his entire criminal background while they were arresting him? Did they just rewatch all of the footage of his previous arrests that happened, mind you, 10-20 years prior to this one in the car on the way there?
If everyone involved had just partaken of the anus of Trent, none of this would have happened. But fair is fair. So to simpify I want to say "I agree with you." I agree with you.
formerly Derek'sBREAKING: TRIAL TO BE MOVED TO GEORGE FLOYD'S FEED AND SNEED (a real store, video from 2012)
Or cotton onto the fact that shit like 'I can't breathe' is a continual litany the moment you try to arrest one of these things. Anything to open the door to Ape Escape up just a little bit.Right? I mean, why else did they fucking CANCEL Cops and Live PD? Don't want people like that guy to cotton on to the facts that you presented above. Seems they were successful.
we're watching the prosecution's case for murder disolve live and you chumps keep talking about how he was murdered.
Difference is they can't burn the forum down and claim that proves they were rightKinda fun having retards flip the fuck out trying to defend Floyd in the thread tbh
like a precursor to the chimpouts that'll happen later
it's chimpouts all the way down
Just to hit on this point and sorry for my legalese retardation, but if the prosecution didn't call him and the defense then did, can he not tell them to fuck off? Can the state or a defendant compel a third party to testify in a criminal case?I'd just assume they wanted to be the ones doing the direct examination because otherwise, obviously the defense would call this guy and the jury would get the same information, but presented the way the defense wants it.
To simplify what will happen if George Floyd walks:
A movement so great a riot so large it will make the summer BLM riots look like a joke.
I stopped reading here, purely out of the fact you're reframing my argument. Never did I say anything about arrests. If you knew anything about the legal/justice system, you would actually know that those are separate statistics. And you argued it with statistics that less then 0.5% of people are killed by police during arrests.
Too bad we got rid of Cops. The kids would love to watch Chauvin doing his job. They could grow up to be like him and join the force.
Difference is they can't burn the forum down and claim that proves they were right
They both get to subpoena witnesses and it's not wise to ignore one of those.Just to hit on this point and sorry for my legalese retardation, but if the prosecution didn't call him and the defense then did, can he not tell them to fuck off? Can the state or a defendant compel a third party to testify in a criminal case?
They will try, and they will fail as their predecessorsDifference is they can't burn the forum down and claim that proves they were right
Honestly, I probably wouldn't have a problem with St. Chauvin and his swift knee of justice watching my kids. Seems like the kind of guy I'd grab a beer with. Not one person would have Chauvn babysit their kid and they fucking know it.
Edit:They didn't have to know his history, it proves that when he's yelling on video 'I can't breathe' it may very well be the same lie he used before.
People assume that when he's yelling "I can't breathe' on video it means that he was having trouble breathing at that moment when in fact he may have only been respiratory distress much later, possibly even after Floyd requested to be placed on the ground.
He's dead now. That's pretty good evidence towards the fact that he wasn't lying. They didn't have to know his history if it's something they recognized as a common distraction tactic. Pointing out his personal history of yelling "I CANT BREAF" for no reason just points out that he used that particular tactic. His previous arrest wasn't "10-20 years ago" it was May 2019, just over a year prior.
The high priority call refers to the ambulance call, not the initial police call.
