Wh... why would you write a song about a Dominican girl (which includes lines about how Dominican girls specifically are hot) call it a song about "body positivity" because you're celebrating Dominican girls (who are... generally considered unattractive, I guess?) and then cast a blonde chick in the video?

Like, I'm not even being SJW-ish about this. It just makes no fucking sense.

She was probably just the first person to answer his ad for a model, and since she's fairly attractive, Russ just went with her. He made an effort after all. This whole thing is borderline insulting, and I hope who ever handles Yovanna's email and social media just deletes his messages. No matter what they do though, he's probably going to get mad and threaten to sue.

I'd say it's more than borderline insulting, personally. It's at best extremely poor taste. Definitely something that would get this idiot cancelled, if he were worth cancellation.

I'm pretty sure his "directorial debut" proclamation is total BS. He likely hired another Fiverr business to film this for him and wasn't anywhere near the set. If he had been on set "directing", we would have never heard the end of it and he would have posted numerous out-of-focus pictures of the floor of the studio.
