I had to click on the highlights, so I don't know if anyone has brought it up, or if it's been shown, that when the officers are trying to get Floyd into the car and he's yelling that he's claustrophobic, one of them clearly tells him that they will roll down the windows and "put the air on", and the cop sounds genuine, imo. I hope the defense highlights this.

It seems that the users who are going out of their way to prove Floyd's innocence, are the ones who haven't bothered to watch the full body cam, @formershroomeryuser .
There's a lot of little bits that show the officers didn't think the situation was initially that serious. In the beginning, the passenger in the car with Floyd was having a pretty casual conversation. The passenger's hat and headphones fell off and the dude just let him pick it up. The passenger himself was pretty cooperative and calm. There weren't any red flags from any of the officers that I noticed.

The people screaming at the cops while trying to detain such a dangerous person makes my blood boil.

Imagine if they actually listened and let Floyd go from the knee, and next thing you know, like "magic" he suddenly gets up, completely fine (and still fucking high as balls) Running right away from the cops, screaming about how hes gonna "gat some niggas"

We should also discuss the difference between 1st degree murder and 2nd degree murder when you graduate kindergarten. Chauvin is on trial for allowing someone to die while trying to hurt them and not necessarily pre meditated murder. The prosecution is really going to fuck this up by going for the worst possible scenario charge.

The fact is George Floyd died because he was not attended to while saying he could not breathe. Was it entirely suffocation or asphyxiation? The difference? Lack of oxygen and only the method of denying it. The difference is almost non existent. What really differentiates this shit is wether the charge is Chauvin trying to kill him on purpose or just not giving a fuck while the waste of time negro died under his knee.

Wether George Floyd had enough oxygen or not is beyond the fact that he said he could not breathe and no one did shit except hold him down.

They should fill the jury with anti BLM haters. Why not? No this has nothing to do with BLM. It has nothing to do with wether he was black or not. It also has nothing to do with the fact that there are many vice versa BLM haters.

It has to do with the fact someone said they could not breathe and the cops were like "fuck you junkie." Everyone else can now be like "yeah fuck that junkie nigger. It was not 1st degree murder."

So what? What does the autopsy report? Heart attack? Asphyxiation? Combination?

There is no question Chauvin is guilty of denying Floyd treatment and GF died because of it. Wether he is nailed with 3rd degree murder or a harsher charge there is no way Chauvin will get off scott free. No one deserves to die because the cop doesn't feel "its time to let a handcuffed ODing nigger get some medical help" as everyone keeps saying.

Also if he was having a heart attack then suffocation could hurry the bodies response to a heart attack and he dies sooner and there would be less of the bodies response to try and suck in more air and bruise more if he was already dying. It does not mean he not also suffocating.

It does not mean he was not murdered. Was it in the 1st degree or 3rd degree? That is what needs to be proven. But Chauvin will not get off the hook.

I am not a rioter though. So this is not fuel for me to go burn down a city because of a bad verdict. Wether Chauvin gets life or not I am sure he will get 5 years prison and never ever ever ever ever be allowed on the force again. A lifetime of doing dishes at Denny's awaits him after a lengthy term in the ass fuck ward.

Being a hard thug cop gets you hard thug cop consequences. He gets something. Hopefully the prosecution makes a clear case and does not muddle things with a passionate response.
It’s my fondest hope that you get as tired of writing walls of retarded equivocation as we are tired of ignoring them.

There is other footage of Chauvin with his knee on the back of Floyd's neck but new footage clearly shows it wasn't there during the entire period Floyd was on the ground.

So this got published today. You know in some countries this POS would be hung upside down for inciting THIS level of unrest.
CNN political commentator Van Jones said Monday on CNN’s “Cuomo Prime Time” that if former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin were not found guilty of killing George Floyd, America would be in a “dangerous position as a country.”

Jones said, “Everybody I’m talking to are frustrated, re-triggered, re-traumatized. Seeing that video, seeing the complete contempt for life. You have a generation of African-Americans and their allies — I’m talking this entire young generation—that is watching this to see if America — listen, the system is on trial here. The system is on trial. and I can’t tell you, people have tried to push away from this, move on from this. Today brought it all back home for tens of millions of people. And if this is considered legal conduct from a police officer, if you can do this in broad daylight and not go to jail, it will be perceived as open season, telling police officers from coast to coast you can literally get away with murder in broad daylight. So, this was, I think, today was a brutal day for the people who were able to watch. A lot of people weren’t even able to watch. They said, I just can’t even put myself through it again.”

He continued, “This is the system on trial for a generation. And, you know, listen, you can ask any of the people who have been marching out here in the middle of a pandemic, this is going to be there will be half a billion people watching when the verdict comes out.”

He added, “You’re putting us in a very dangerous situation when you do that because what you’re now saying is it doesn’t matter if you follow the rules. We are still going to come and get you. Once you have 40 million people in the country who, no matter what we do, we break the law, we get in trouble. We follow the law. We get in trouble. No matter what we do, you are not going to accept us, then what do we have here? You’ve got a potential time bomb on both sides. And I think on the other side, what I’m seeing is we talk a lot about white rage, white anger, the angry white man. There’s some white grief that hasn’t been talked about. This country is changing in ways that a bunch of white folks did not sign up for, didn’t expect, and don’t know what to do with. So, a lot of this rage is unprocessed grief that we need to be able to talk about. No. We are not going to back off. It is true. It may be the fact that your grandkids may not look like your grandparents. This country is changing. But it can be a greater country as a result. We need these white voters who are supporting Republicans doing stuff that they know is wrong need to be called to a higher purpose. The Republican Party, which used to be the party of Lincoln, should not be the party of Steve Bannon and all these terrible ideas. There’s no reason for it. So, you got fear on one side, grief on the other side, and the clock is ticking. I’m going to tell you right now, these bills that are being passed to chop us off at the voting block and juries coming out saying it’s okay to kill us are putting us in a dangerous position as a country and as America.”

People who aren't cops don't get how stressful, tough, and fucking dangerous their job is. If any one of these idiots yelling at them in the street or calling for them to be defunded could spend one day on the beat, they'd be singing a totally different tune. Bust the corrupt dickhead cops, but don't stop the legitimate ones from doing their job, which is protecting you.

ok im offically moti. i wish we could go back in time and tell them to just leave the niggers in africa so we didn't have to deal with this.

would be a shame if some rioters went to his house and burned it down

They might be doing a gamble hoping for an outright acquittal because they think he's doomed to be convicted of something. Or they may know that he's actually going to be a really good witness on his own behalf. Apparently, the defendant has an absolute right to waive a jury for reasons of pretrial publicity in Minnesota.

Rule 26.01 - Trial by Jury or by the Court, Minn. R. Crim. P. 26.01

I don't really know the defense's reasoning for not invoking this, but it was their strategic choice to make.
Does the account for being achained anew to the new flesh as Priesty Derek Chauvin aided George in transcending?

Kind of like the guy who got killed at the Wendy's. There's close to an hour of one bodycam out there if memory serves and a good 40 or so minutes are fairly genial conversation. Knowing how it ends makes viewing it spectacularly creepy.

Van Jones has aways been a black supremacist nutbag.

He was Obama's pick for 'green energy czar' whatever the fuck that is, for about six weeks until videos of his racist ranting surfaced and FOX aired them endlessly until he resigned.

CNN picked him up soon after and Obama spent the next 8 years crying over FOX news.
