I have a feeling thats Lycifurrysoul. Could be wrong, but that's what I've picked up on so far looking at PPG and a few other things. He takes jabs at Phil publicly, while Oic doesnt do that

Edit: Would loved to be proven wrong, though. If anyone has any ideas to the contrary, please post.

My thought on that one is that Phil recently admonished Lyciver for charging him back. Unless PhilSmokesCrack has another credit card/verified PayPal, Phil would see it is him and likely be suspicious. It may also be that Lyciver is not verified and tips under this name using a code word, and hasn't charged back from that account.

But his flat reaction every time this guy turns up and tips big leads me to believe it is a regular that Phil trusts, which is also how they get away with this troll name.

EDIT: Classic beg on the stream. Phil said it would be really nice to hit the tips goal because we didn't hit it on the earlier stream.

I already am betting there will be no sub goal next month because Phil is going to say that the sub numbers are going to drop a ton.

Start of the month was just barely edging on 600 subs.
Middle of the month was some rando gifting 70
From the middle to the end of the month was OiC for the remaining 150.

How dare you mess with potential sub events like this OiC? Don't you know Phil has a business to run?

"My Tax Guy" is truly an enigmatic figure in the Goutosphere. Everything we know about him is entirely from Phil's own mouth, so obviously nothing we know of him is trustworthy.
He has apparently demanded Phil so much money to do his job (upwards of a thousand dollars) that it completely defeats the purpose of Phil not just doing his taxes himself.
He is apparently fine with waiting an entire year for Phil to give him a payment he's owed.
We are never given a thorough explanation on what his responsibilities actually are.
He appears to manifest every time Phil recently gets a large income of tips.
Phil's business with him, and therefore his finances, are not our concern, until they are.
Bigfoot is sometimes called "Sasquatch", I suggest The Tax Guy also be referred to as "The Schrodinger's Money Sink." He doesn't exist until he does.

I'm not 100% on how this works, since I was never part of any shady Twitch scams, but you seem to be able to 'deactivate' your Twitch account. This has the side effect of hiding your name from all leaderboards, forcing it to appear anonymous. This is the same thing that occurs when Twitch bans an account completely. However, if you deactivate it yourself, it appears you can then just reactivate it, it makes your name reappear everywhere, and you can act as normal.

So OiC is flipping his account on, dropping subs to hit the sub goal, then deactivating the account again. Phil claims this is so 'people can't harass him'. At this point, the account basically just exists as some sort of sub mule, I guess. Why he can't just disable his DMs? Maybe he is also getting hit with reports? Phil has probably spoken to him directly since he seems to know all about this despite OiC never talking about it in chat (to my knowledge). No backdoor deals though.

On that note, if there is, I'd say that it will exist because OiC has told Phil he will hit it. He may be angling to bump Phil up to 1000 subs again. It is Phil's birthday after all.
The regulars have the right idea though - there's no point trying to hit the goals, OiC will turn up and hit it and he likely has an arrangement with Phil to do so. They used to be able to hit sub goals like this month's without his presence, but now there was clearly no effort on the part of the standard whales.

I'm going to propose the idea that OiC's gay ops was actually on detractors. He likely only has a passive interest in modding, given that he is now shuffling accounts constantly, and I think that he likes that he duped us into thinking that was his goal, or the belief that he was trying to sabotage Phil. I think he is just genuinely there to suck the penne and watch the world burn.

And yet, despite all of this, Phil keeps that carrot of modship dangling in front of OiC that will never be his. Which bring into question why someone would be so deluded as to A: Continuing to support someone like Phil like a lunatic cult member, and B: Wanting to even be a mod for a group of degenerates and knuckledraggers, if only to feel the most "powerful" of the group, when you yourself are no better than the rest of them?

The cmonBruh emote “debacle” (imagine your chat being so controlled and sanitized the banning of an emote ends up becoming a point of contention) simply has to do with Fagginz banning the emote for whatever retarded reason he decided.

Something about it being used in a racist way. Whatever the reason, the biggest cuck of them all with a sword next to their username flexed their pitiful amount of power to make a statement I guess.
