I would like everyone who has lost faith in the jury because they might be biased or swayed by emotion that it just takes one stubborn juror who's conscience won't let him send an innocent man to jail to grind the whole process to a standstill and force them to think critically. I don't expect a 12 angry men scenario, sure, but I do hope that the jury will at least think before they give out a verdict either way.

That much has been pretty obvious from the start. Prosecution has been calling a lot of weak eyewitnesses up until now, including a literal third grader.

The defense is kind of dropping the ball here on cross, but then again cross-examining the deceased's lover is pretty tricky, since it's a dance between establishing facts and trying to make Floyd look bad. Pressing her too hard is a good way to get a jury to completely turn on you. Prosecution knows it too, that's why they're making so many objections.

I think it's a sham only to the extent that these jurors are probably aware that if they hand down a 'not guilty' verdict every American city will burn, and that they and their families will be in grave danger.
