agreed. the context it offers greatly changes the way the witness video comes across. I admit I originally thought "yo wtf", watched the cam footage of him freaking out in the car and thought "ah, seems right". I've learnt that any cop incident that people shit themselves over isn't worth even thinking about until bodycam footage is out. Nothing better than a "literal outrage" turning out to be justified

yeah and what's odd is today and the coming witnesses are the ones that actually matter- the boxer, firefighter, kids, everyone yelling on the street are really only there to replay the video over and over again, and while that's important and all they really do all the work themselves, nelson didnt even bother crossing a lot of them

instead they send the D team to question actual medical witnesses and not only blunt their testimony with useless info and bad questions, but actually lead them to say damning things for your case before defense even gets up to cross
not sure if she's blinded by the spotlight, soaking up attention, or pros just goofed/woman moment, but the medical testimonies are what really matter for a conviction and they're blowing it before they even get to the toxicology
