Correct, unless its a absolute Red tier emergency, Off duty people are just that, Off duty, not supposed to be doing there jobs, and not required, plus the offficers didn't even know they were a helpful person, especially if she was one of the fags yelling at them
And they already made the point that paramedics can't intervene until the scene is secure, so it has to be a two-way clearance with the on-duty medics cleared to go and the police clearing them to come in. Look at all the times medics had to stand outside CHAZ while the CHAZites pleaded for them to help. The cops have to keep random people away to protect the incoming medics too.

>"I took his handcuffs off."
>and you personally took off the handcuffs?
>"yes I took off the handcuffs."
>how were you able to take his handcuffs off?
>"I used my handcuff key."
>and you're authorized to take handcuffs off?
>"yes that's why I have the key."
>and this key is the key you used to take off his handcuffs?
Christ, this is a fucking classic. It reminds me of this:

Prosecutor: And how did you know for certain that he was dead?
Coroner: My first clue was that his brain was in a jar on my desk.
Prosecutor: But isn't it possible that he was still alive?
Coroner: Well, I suppose he could be practicing law as we speak.

Denny Crane. Remember the name!!!
Denny Crane was a brilliant lawyer in cognitive decline. This bitch is just plain dumb.

instead they send the D team to question actual medical witnesses and not only blunt their testimony with useless info and bad questions, but actually lead them to say damning things for your case before defense even gets up to cross
Erin Eldridge, Minnesota Assistant Attorney General, has worked in government agencies of various flavors since leaving law school, it seems. Most lawyers that work for government are either really bad or really good.

She's really bad.

uh-oh, the local news channel (from what I can tell they are the only channel with chat enabled) might have to shut it down soon

Ok, I jumped back in after a break. Another fucking medic in full kit. Anything funny happen since the first medic sent everyone to sleep?

She was the affirmative action hire. She got her law license out of a crackerjack box and the people that hired her thought it was good enough as they gotta get social justice points.

I recommend at least watching all of the bodycam footage. That did a lot to convince me that the cops were largely in the right to do the things they did. Floyd was flailing around like a Gmod prop.

All of the footage put together gives the impression of a chaotic scene.

From Chauvin's perspective, there was a huge black man fighting the cops when you got there and now he's dead, your knee is on his neck, there's 5 cell phone cameras in your face, and a crowd of people is screaming that you just killed a man.

"Fuck my whole life" wouldn't even begin to cover it.
