She's been doing that for several months now. Viewers submit their Youtube music links on the bubb4bot channel and the background music gets streamed from there. The reason is so everyone can jam out and listen to music gacha during the SC reading and the VOD doesn't get copyright-striked for the music. The user-submitted music being streamed on bubb4bot is also not saved/archived, so there's no danger of music copyright strikes on either channel.

I know but the link doesnt appear unless you ask and the chat go to fast unless you google it you would not find it (barring cheap copies)

It's pretty much a music gacha as the channell gets hundreds of submissions when she opens it out of sub-mode and only a literal handful make it to the actual playlist. She does "try" to curate the playlist though, IIRC, so even if your Yabai submission does make it, there's a chance she may kick it out if she recognizes it as a "no-go"

She opens it for submissions at the start and then closes it manually. If it's a particularly long SC-reading, she'll alert chat she's re-opening it for subs so they can get their links in.

She opens the chat for requests at the start of the stream but it often goes through all the music and she opens it again after some hours.

Yeah, sometimes that's wonky, especially if the title of the song playing is particularly long or has Japanese characters. I prefer having the stream elements links so I can open the link separately in another tab and save it to a playlist of my own.

Man that was hundreds of pages ago where I documented a short list of songs that she removed from the playlist of a single stream. Yeah she's really on top of the submissions. She has it out for Silvagunner remixes for some reason, and anything featuring her own voice so good luck getting any of that in. Let me share a quick rundown of the restrictions of the bot itself for those curious cuz it's never made clear:
-The video linked must be classified as music (this comes off inconsistent as many a person tried sharing live covers of songs from fellow Hololive girls and they weren't seen as "having music")
-Track length must be under 7 minutes
-The video must have a minimum amount of views of 5,000 or more.
-Links for Holo Bass remixes Pop on Rocks and Green Eggs & Spam are auto-banned. (She manually removes any of his other stuff when she sees them)
I'm still keeping an eye out for other specifics (there may be others I forgot) but those are the main ones. Also worth noting she can obviously circumvent any of this herself. Sometimes some of the weirdest songs you could hear from the bot (after the streams end for instance) come from her.

I got lucky 2 weeks ago and finally managed to get one song in and it wasn't even the one I personally wanted the most. I have to put up with Twitch auto stopping you from posting the same link twice within a timeframe so I got a list of songs I wanna put in. You really do have to get lucky to get anything in.

That's the primary reason. It's also because people were spamming those tracks into the queue. Keep an eye on the streamelements page when a queue is freshly updated and see if you can catch how many people try getting these fan remixes in as much as the regular music. At least one manages to get in every stream and she cleans up just about every single one. (There was a remix from one named Avilon that was at the very end of the first wave from today's stream for that matter and that got cleaned up).
