I can already taste the water and diesel in the oilThis is especially true with the 7.3 powestroke. It's a solid engine, but it has a rep for being difficult to start in the cold. A well maintained 7.3 would likely not have too much issue around 40 degrees, but they've clearly bought a piece of shit. I predict they'll probably burn out the starter motor at some point trying to get it to crank in the cold.
