Today I watch a streamer randomly whiled I cleaned some parts . He was streaming banner lord zero viewers .
he was having a great time playing the game to himself , he said he wasn't the best player
I followed him , he thanked me and said if you wanna lurk that's fine or have a chat that's great
ended up have a nice chat to the guy

he asked for nothing , he was enjoying playing and asked how I was and any tips on the game , how I play it etc

seeing a normal person on twitch is quite jarring after seeing Phil so much .......
If you spend a lot of time in the vortex it's easy to forget just how fucking absurd Phil's stream is.

Just one example: DSP has fans who are not watching his stream that will drop in towards the end to check how much money he's made so far. If he hasn't hit a completely arbitrary goal that he came up with, one of these fans will donate to make up the difference just to 'help him out'. And they don't necessarily stick around to watch the stream afterwards. This is just bizarre behavior.

How old again... ?

Went to the "Media Mentions DSP" section and someone brought up a podcast with MoistCritkal who was interviewing the guy who does the "Down The Rabbit Hole" videos (which he did one on DSP, go watch it, its outdated but well done). But I started watching the podcast and they talk about Phil and how content creators like Dave have these warped mentalities of how they view the world. Well, they start talking about WingsOfRedemption and how his wife wanted to talk to him but he refused because he was streaming. She begs him to stop but he ignores her, then in the background you can hear his wife cry. Wings keeps playing with his wife in the background crying, until he gets annoyed and ends the stream. Later he streams him and his wife in the car and Wings makes up some weird bs that his wife cried because of barometric pressure change (ok right that is what it is). Then as they continue to talk she starts crying.
Ok how long before we see DSP do this with his wife? He kinda did it with Leanna but she didn't really take his shit and would emasculate him on stream aka "This will be a no man zone".

I mean, Phil already kinda-sorta did something like this with the last stream Kat appeared on (Halloween '18 ), when someone in the chat asked Kat what her favorite demon possession film was and Phil read it out loud, seemingly unaware of Kat's family history (look it up if you're new to the lore.) It's believed that that was a big reason why Kat left the stream mid-way through upset. And even beside that, a lot of people point out that him asking her to come on stream was kind of callous to begin with, since he had to have known that she would get harassed and be upset by it.

That is, IF she was upset, of course. It's been pointed out that Phil had previously stated Kat was going to leave halfway through the stream anyway, and that Phil conveniently forgot that because he wanted to lash out at Tevin for restreaming him. Leave it to Phil to possibly make up something in such a way as to make him look worse...

Anyway, Kat hasn't been on stream since then, and Phil has indicated that Kat has no interest in ever coming on to the stream again, so the answer to "how long before we see DSP do this with his wife?" is "never." DEBUNKED!

Kat was a streamer before DSP, obviously. I don't think Kat is hesitant against being on the stream, I think Phil is the reason why we don't get her. Based on the reaction when you even bring up Leanna, he will protect this woman to high hell from the streams.

Also the fact the man is whipped (to each their own) to the point where he'll fuck up and call her mommy again or some shit and have to fake being surprised.

This is a random request, but I'd like to request some 'tism help here. Can someone track down the final tips total on stream from Phil's tax begathon that was done right before he went to Connecticut and got married to Kat and the begathon from ~1 month before? I'm looking specifically for the total tips from those two begathons and the total amount he was asking for (it was the total federal tax he owed for 2018, I think). Just got something I want to see.

I don't know the lore of Superhound, but how does he have a checkmark on a brand new, low follower account on twitter?
There are several ways one can do it (the official process: Eligibility) after they revamped the whole thing, making it even easier from what I've gathered (Relaunch verification 2021). They clearly have not worked out the loopholes.

Not long ago some teenager was able to create and verify a completely fake candidate on the platform just by submitting a couple of things:
https://edition.cnn.com/2020/02/28/tech/fake-twitter-candidate-2020/index.html
https://archive.ph/9xTjG
Apparently, he even used the https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/ website to create the avatar, so that should tell you the level of competence that Twitter had, and they have not improved much.

Someone should do a speedrun on how many times you can fool the platform and ultimately expose their flawed system, because they're not learning until they get negatively impacted. That goes for the DMCAs on there as well, would be fun to see Twitter burn down until they attempt to appease their users.

Only thing I can quickly find about a fundraiser in this period is his birthday tax begging in april 2019, right before he went to CT:

I think these are the two videos;

The first is from March 23rd, he raised $1,126 with no specific end-goal visible.

The second is from right before his CT trip/birthday with the $5000 tips goal, he raised $1,319.17. I'll have to look more into this but I think the $5k was for him to qualify for the tax-repayment plan (the rest of the money came from his mom when they went to CT).

So a grand total of $2,445.17 combined in tips. If these aren't the right events/need more, let me know!

EDIT: A special announcement video for the March 23rd marathon. No specified goal amount, just "the more money I raise up-front, the better."

Nah she had to be the one to shut that down. Maybe if he pulled the plug after the first stream they did together because of how clearly uncomfortable it was for her and everyone watching, but he thought that stream went great. One of the streams started with her squeezing a stress ball so hard it exploded. If you want to protect the person you love the second they bring up a stress ball you just tell them forget it, but if your that thick headed you breeze by that and continue when the stress ball explodes you don't laugh it off and move on like everything's fine.

If Phil had his way she'd still be showing to sit beside him for a 3 hour stream where the only time he acknowledges she is even in the room is a cheer/tip question.
