I think Campbell actually has a lot of potential if handled correctly. Throwing him up as a Feature for a while.
The fact that he's been active online for several years mostly unnoticed while slowly building up a repository of videos and entries for his personal Wikia puts him at about the same starting point as our pet lolcow.
He's only just started to pull in more than a few hundred views per upload and he's likely getting his first taste of an at least somewhat sizable crowd all editing his Wikia randomly. He takes his Wikia extremely seriously it seems, and almost all of the edits done by /cow/ seem to get reset in a few minutes. /cow/ in general seems to have taken a bigger interest in him than we have so far, and as of today they've gotten a home address for him as well as some other tidbits of personal information. You can peruse over there if you are interested enough in that, not going to advocate intervening at that level here.
Given how proud he is of his imaginary voice acting career that he often cites on top of self inserting himself into various cartoons and games, I suspect someone to eventually go for the mock company/talent agency route in order to try and guide his videos a certain way. Clarifying again that I'm not advocating this whatsoever, just seems inevitable from his other interested parties. I've seen other people toss around the idea of Liquid-Cambell already which I'd guess would similarly get a strong reaction out of him.
The one part that leaves me hesitant about his potential is actually whatever the hell else is crippling him mentally. Clearly he displays actual autism, but likewise happens to also struggle with completing PC titles designed for elementary school aged children. Say whatever you want about CWC's lack of tact, but compared to Cambell he ends up looking like a genius. And functioning at as low of a level as he is, I worry that he'll even be able to formulate enough of a response. Each Wikia article he has is about a sentence long....

This is single handily my favorite Cambell video.
He might not be singing along with any of his 90s VHs or ranting about cartoons, but just the fact that he is SPINNING in a swivel chair for two minutes straight with oddly fitting music is just pure unadulterated autism.
Spinning yourself is a classic sign of autism across the spectrum as a form of self stimulation. Then note about half way through he raises a hand up in order to start flapping it.
Double the 'tism.
