Honestly, the best way to go about jury duty is to wear a shirt that could potentially ruffle some feathers. For instance, wear a shirt that says "Blue Lives Matter" or something every time you go to court. It puts your opinions out there without requiring you to speak.

SBPDL was an interesting site. The knowledge is there for the taking, librarians are there for a reason, and are only too happy to help you find the knowledge you are seeking.

My grandfather is did that shit decades ago when he got called the 2nd time for jury duty. Got him pulled off of it at lightning speed (or not selected, idr which). Serving once with a room of people who put feels before facts was enough for him.

That was his tip for me for getting off jury duty if ever I was called. Just be "that guy" in the lobby and the defence will try and get you removed asap to give their client a fair shake.

I really want to know what happened in March when he was admitted to the hospital for several days after an overdose. They kick you out of the hospital within two days of having a baby, so there's no way they'd let him hang out for a week without cause.

When edema sets in, can someone go from being ambulatory and fighting the cops to drowning on dry land within 10 minutes? Also, how much of that could have happened post mortem, both while they were trying and failing to jump start him and after they'd pronounced him dead?

Also, how does high blood pressure affect things like edema? Can someone die of high blood pressure and show nothing on the autopsy? If one were to positively rule out the drugs as a cause of death, what would the autopsy show for the next most likely cause of death?

He was probably in for some kind of temporary organ failure caused by the overdose. Something like kidneys not filtering right, requiring some kind of dialysis. They could also be monitoring him. We had rooms in the ER dedicated to recovering OD cases when I volunteered at my cities main hospital in high school, but I don't know if that was reserved for suicidal overdoses.

For Edema, It's not like, a bullet to the head scenario. You have reduced air inflow, but it's not entirely cut off. Screaming and fighting can cause or worsen the Edema, especially when you are on drugs. It can't really happen post mortem as I understand it. Fluid tends to drain out of the lungs after death.

High blood pressure can cause Pulmonary Edema. But that shows up on an autopsy.

If we rule out drugs, and therefor the heart issues, pulmonary edema, and erratic behavior it would 100% be Chauvin's fault. As ultimately what killed him was his heart stopping, and unless this 30 something year old could be proven to have a spontaneous heart attack or a severe allergy to bananas, Chauvin's actions constitute anything that could have happened.
