Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

I hope people will come to their senses regarding the new Georgia voting law. All it does is that it prevents voter fraud from happening in future elections.
they probably won’t since they want to go back to sleep
It also prevents black people from voting and forces dehydration upon children.
so segregation then
Disney needs to make a live action Toy Story movie and cast Brian Stelter as Mr. Potato Head.
ok that is pretty fun that image is stuck in my head

You'd think this thread would slow down to the point of being closed after Trump was out of office but, um, yeah no.

Actually, are they getting worse?

The sad thing is that Biden is a gold mine of gaffes and hilarious mistakes that they will never take advantage of because they think they can't.

They're loss. I'll make all the jokes I want.
Especially when Biden fall from the stairs as long as he don't break his neck yet but I have an eerie feeling then it might happen sooner than we expected.

I wonder if those trump supporters that were at the capitol were able to get lawyers in this point in time since they can easily prove what they did wasn't an insurrection and point out the fbi's double standards and lack of priorities when vlm and antifa's been able to do all these stuff with impunity and most mass shooters are almost always on their watch list and they're more worried about boomers.

Well for what it's worth the Invasion of Iraq was a giant success. The decade trying to rebuild with an incompetent new government, army, and suicide bombers who wanted to make everyone's life hell, however, was a failure.

Makes me wonder what we did in Japan that was so different and yet so much more successful. During the war people were so fearful of the US in Okinawa that tens of thousands committed mass suicide. Maybe it's because Japan isn't filled with a bunch of groups that hate each other, but at the same time we stopped the Euros from killing each other every 5 minutes. So nation building has worked before. If the military leaders were more competent on a plan to fix things post-war then getting involved wouldn't be such a big deal. But they're not.

In Japan, we agreed to spare the Emperor (partly because he defied the military and declared unconditional surrender after the A-Bombs were dropped and partly because Hirohito and his supporters argued that he was a glorified hostage of Tojo and the military by the time Pearl Harbor happened and had no real say over the war and everything). And in exchange, Hirohito basically told Japan to bend the knee using the A-Bomb attacks as the justification and agreed to submit to occupation and reformation, in exchange for Tojo and his circle being made the scapegoats for the war/Pearl Harbor.

In Iraq, the entire opposite happened but the biggest thing that made the post-Invasion status quo such a hell is that Bush and company did TWO things:

1. They decided to use Iraq as a testing grounds for what became known as the Shock Doctrine and tested out ideas of economics there on a populace that was in no position to fight back or complain

2. But the biggest thing, was that Bush and company decided to dissolve the entire Iraqi military and blackball from public life/employment ANYONE who was a confirmed member of Saddam's political party. Which was a horrible thing to do as the bulk of the population was a member of Saddam's political party and that was something you basically had ZERO choice in signing up for, due to the fact that Saddam made being a part of his political party required for 99% of the jobs in the nation.

As such, you had the bulk of the population now basically barred from public life/employment and worse, you had the entire military blackballed and now they are super fucking pissed, leading to the soldier class forming insurgent groups and the majority of the population who aided them purely to spite the invaders who claimed to have come to liberate the masses of Iraq but was doing the exact opposite.

The later was the big difference in Japan/Iraq. In Japan, we kept the entire infrastructure intact along with the "leader" of the country, who we gave a huge pass to because he realized the game was up and agreed to surrender, damn his military cohorts wanting to burn Japan to the ground rather than concede defeat. In Iraq, we toppled Saddam and the ENTIRE leadership caste, dissolved the military and then blackballed the soldiers/generals and nearly the entire population from being able to hold jobs of any kind and that basically reconstruction impossible.

They're already walking back a lot of the charges. I'd wager cash that most of them will get whacked with trespassing.

No, in this case the process is the punishment. The DOJ will drag it out until a Congresscritter or governor starts getting loud and pissy, before magnanimously 'reducing the charges to time served'. And the lesson will be: we don't even have to convict you, we'll just buttfuck you by way of dragging it out till you're broke, unemployed, and miserable.

Stephen Miller met with Trump today, this photo is tweeted out. The best meeting, yuge.

You can hear them reeeeing and coooooming at the same time for this le epic pwn of Drumpf, he's finished, and it's not like he's probably using up his existing supply!

Rent free. They would have a stronger smug win if this happened a month from now. I hate them so.

Miller's tweet was ratio'd just for that alone. He was also trending as a result, alongside #RepublicanHypocrites. My God...

Leave it to a soda bottle to get (Donald) Trump in the news again. Maybe our resident accelerationist will coom to "yet another instance of Trump cucking on his word?"

Complain about consistency, but it's a boycott, not an abstinence.
