Also helps to notice that when criticizing something like this they start sperging out like you've insulted their gods, you are most of the time right as in the case of other communities documented on the farms.

I appreciate your concerns, but I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say, please try to punctuate a bit more.

Why are they popular? There's a few reasons. Compared to anime, they're real people behind the screen, acting and voicing and writing is all done by the streamer. Compared to facecam streaming, IRL appearance doesn't matter, it's anime so it always looks nice. Compared to avatar-less streaming there's more chance to build a character and engage with the audience. It's definitely got downsides (such as barrier to entry), but the popularity isn't fake. Even the most popular VTubers are about 2 orders of magnitude below pewdiepie, which is reasonable, they're a popular niche medium but still somewhat a niche.

VTubers go to YouTube because it's the best platform, despite its flaws. You can't really blame them for wanting a bigger audience and better servers. That being said there's a lot of instances where VTubers stream on Twitch, the platforms you mentioned or even Chaturbate, it's just up to their personal choice.

There's no real point money laundering through VTubing because it's an incredibly public venture with well-documented earnings via Playboard and similar. You might as well launder money through a busker or an IRL concert because at least there's no electronic record of it.

As to why nobody talks about it IRL, well idk who your friends are. Remember that even 10 million people is just 1/767 of the population. You might simply have a particular group of friends.

I can't think of any clips that got millions of views in a year, let alone a day. High-profile music videos like Mio's Sparkle or Towa's Error can eventually accumulate those kind of numbers, but certainly not overnight.

Superchats seem like a bad way to launder money, between the 30% cut YT takes and leaving a clear paper trail in the hands of a company with their lips firmly around the surveillance state's dick.

Yeah even I cant think of anything gains THAT many now in that short of a time frame. The only clip that comes to mind that has millions of views top of my head in the Aqua 44.5 one, but that's just really funny the fact just by typing in "44.5" in YouTube it comes up straight away. Clip for reference:

Dude hasn't grasped yet that people outside of North America consumes a looot stuff off of YouTube. This clip you linked got 3 million views and judging from the title and the comments, huge portion of it came from Japan. Add to that North America and other parts of Asia and suddenly the numbers aren't as surprising as he made it seem.

The Username is just Natsuiro Matsuri, the reason for privating is the name attached to the credit card in addition to the credit card number

Her roommate twitter is Sato instead of Goto, interesting. Probably slightly changed to mislead schizos, but that layer of security is out the door with this yab.

Her name has been known for quite a while, she is even more doxed than Coco at this point, with people having pinpointed to what high school she went to(she went to an "idol" school btw), her parents names and where they live.
