I had a thought the other day. When do you think the last time Phil had a legitimate guest over his place was?

I know he talked about having one of Kat’s friends come by to feed the cat while he was in CT. But I also don’t doubt that he would lie about that cause he was spooked about people messing with his condo.

Not to mention Phil is 100% the type of person that would waste money taking their pet somewhere to be looked after while they’re gone rather than have a friend do it.

How long has he been in his current home, few years? I doubt he has ever had a non relative visit him.

He said recently he doesn't know anything about his neighbours in his gated community. Not even their names. He's probably that guy who pretends not to see anybody and just looks straight ahead; ignoring a neighbour who tries to wave or smile at him.

He almost pissed himself on stream today when he thought somebody was pulling into his driveway. The closest i've seen him come to human interaction is when somebody in an online lobby starts speaking to him because he forgot to mute them. He panics and fumbles to exit the game or mute them ASAP. And I heard somebody once called his name in an IKEA or some shit and he pretty much ran away, lol.

I'd say never. Last year he had a repairman come in to fix something (I want to say that it was his internet but I don't remember exactly). Sure he had his parents come over, but his dad was just fixing shit and he had them stay at a hotel.

He doesn't go bowling, or to baseball games, or to anything like that. He doesn't like going out to bars. He hasn't made a single friend in his time there. Hell, he even had to import Kat in from out of state.

Incorrect. His day-to-day life didn't change at all, but his income increased. DSP solely benefited from Covid.



Hot tip: as someone who has investments in real estate, commercial real estate can be a great way to make money hand over fist. Obviously it's a job that requires a lot of hustle at the start and is very area dependent, but commerical real estate sales and brokerage in a place like Seattle could make a killing. I think her posting instagram pictures semi-stunting about making money would be hilarious to see because of DSP's jealousy and reactions. Fingers crossed, panda!

Real estate is great but requires a lot of hustle. Just having a realty license is like saying you're a makeup consultant. Gotta use that shit for it to count.

Is it Phil's repetition? The same "style" of gameplay over and over, the same complaints and monologues, the refusal of doing different things.
