There are more pictures on the account if you want to check them out, he's obviously been putting on weight, but even in the picture you posted you can see his nose is bent the same way. He's just really good at doing the fat boy angle.

Someone like Chantal who has never eaten significant amounts of fiber with any kind of regularity will probably get an upset stomach from a big fiber bomb of a meal. Of course the correct solution to that is to eat fiber regularly, but we all know Chinny is queen of seeing a carefully laid out road to success and taking a sharp right off a cliff.
