The chiron on HLN now says that he believes Floyd said, "I ain't do no drugs."

Which is obviously a complete lie on Floyd's part, and only demonstrates that Floyd was full of shit.
It also doesn’t really help the prosecution prove negligence. If we take for granted that Floyd said he ate all the drugs, then Chauvin could have been responsible for administering treatment for an OD. If he said the opposite, well...

For the life of me, I can't make out any coherent sentence from that.
I think the audio here is really bad compared to other times they have played this particular clip. Previous times I have heard the audio they are referencing it is much clearer, though it is still not totally clear. Not sure what the issue is with this particular playback.

lets check in with reddit -

oh.

...what witnesses is this user referencing? His final statement is very confusing. The entire post is stupid.

Another one:
>I ain't do no drugs (+Derek assumes he is telling the truth)
Floyd completely passes up the opportunity for Chauvin to cut him some slack = chauvin is still technically doing his routine method of restraint = chauvin is not culpable in the death

Thanks, this is the only legal blog I can find which admits this prosecution is going nowhere, and is by an actual lawyer.

So close to grasping the concept, yet so far. If reddit did actual gymnastics like they do mental ones, redditors would be some of the fittest people on the planet and be dominating the Olympics.
The fact that Reddit is that it is collectively famous for believing, without question, that a guy had two gigantic dicks is more than enough to demonstrate that the average reddit user shouldn't be trusted to choose his own underpants, let alone make complex, life-changing decisions about the world.

I don't understand what the prosecutor is going for here, comparing photos of the street outside of the event.

I mean, saying "I ain't did no drugs" is like a kid saying, unprovoked, when being yelled at for something entirely unrelated, "I ain't took no cookie from dat cookie jar!"
It's basically just saying the opposite.
