A big question in case is how seriously did BCA "process the vehicles," if the pills weren't discovered until the defense requested a second processing after spotting what appeared to be pills in photographs of inside of vehicle.

I mean, if the pills could be spotted by defense lawyers looking at photos, how could they not have been visible to the BCA photographer and other BCA evidence team?

I don't understand what the prosecutor is going for here, comparing photos of the street outside of the event.

In all likelihood, they're trying to establish that the crowd wasn't large enough to be considered a threat and that Chauvin and co should have ignored them to take turns frenching and humping Floyd's drug-soaked corpse, in an effort to will him back to life.

If they did try to go for that, by their own timeline, it would have to be someone other than Chauvin who planted said drugs, 'cause he got shitcanned before the forensics search of the car.

Either they missed shit during the first search, or there are crooked cops still in the MPD.

Right now in a fair jury, there is no way Chauvin is convicted. Too much other stuff beyond a reasonable doubt.

That means nothing for this case, which will make the inevitable conviction and erosion of innocent until proven guilty harder to swallow.

IIRC the prosecution early on angled themselves into arguing that Floyd was clearly ODing so not giving him cpr was negligent.
