They do pay attention to pop culture (that dance the robotic clown did was a meme for a good while) and biblically-accurate angels have started to become memes for a good while, so maybe we'll get some Shin Megami Tensei nonsense going on.

For a little something extra while we wait for Episode 5 of Helluva Boss, Viv appeared in an Eddsworld episode as a face painter working at a carnival. Blitzo also makes a cameo as the Imp's face on the facepaint list. Viv appears at 2:36 and Blitzo appears in 2:41. The Bratty Kid from the Pilot makes a cameo at 6:01.

I hope they do more with Heaven in future episodes besides it being "fluffy clouds and everyone is blissful". How many times has Heaven been depicted like that in media? Hell has so many different versions of it in stories and such but Heaven is always the same. It makes one wonder why you'd even bother being a good person since it looks extremely boring up there.

Honestly, South Park had one of the better depictions of modern Heaven. A boring place where most wouldn't even want to be sent to after death and said boredom is more punishing than the actual place sinners are supposed to go.

I think American Dad was on the right track in "Rapture's Delight" where Stan goes to Heaven and gets his own happy world tailored to him at the end. Although being stuck in your own Heaven for all eternity gives me Matrix vibes even if it's a blissful world. I wouldn't mind being able to leave your world and mingle with other people in Heaven outside their worlds too, kind of like a hub of sorts.

So I just got done with watching Matpat's Hazbin theory and I had to quit halfway through because of how boring it was, I'm not that big of a fan of Matpat but sometimes he can make some good theories every now and then like his Kirby being a amoeba one was just some fun and wasn't batshit insane. (the part 2 was kinda bad but that's a whole another story)

But this one Idk man, I originally thought he was going to talk about how heaven works in this world or something so crazy that it's funny but the video ended up being just some dumb bullshit.

The even worse part is that he censors everything, I get that he's like a family man now or blah blah blah demonetization but still how are you meant to cover adults show like this and not even be able to say the setting, it's pretty funny as well cuz I'm pretty sure Youtube doesn't get up your ass for saying hell.

As a side note, I find it funny that he's trying to be like a wholesome 100 kid-friendly YouTuber now (cuz of his crazy fnaf fanbase) but I'm pretty sure he still has the video of him talking about sexy video game characters still up lol.

Anyways there was one good gem in the video tho...

I think the reason heaven is usually depicted as a boring place is because a lot of things one would consider fun are considered sins by the catholic religion.
Let me give an example: For me paradise would be a place where I would have access to tons of vidya and kino films and be able to spend a large amount of time playing, watching etc. I would also be able to eat whatever the hell I wanted without worrying about getting fat or getting diabetes etc. I would also theoretically be able to fuck some sexy angels or something. But those three things I just described are technically Sloth, Gluttony, and Lust three of the seven deadly sins, so I doubt Heaven would have any of what I just described.
But thats just my 2 cents on the matter.

Have you ever read Milton's Paradise Lost? And then read his book about Heaven? I've done both things, but can only remember the first. Same with the Divine Comedy by Dante. The Christian Heaven is just really, really shit. You can read about it even from its proponents and it sounds like the most boring fucking thing imaginable.

Imagine reading the most agonizingly detailed descriptions of eternal torture imaginable, from the best Christian writers who ever wrote these weird, threatening descriptions of what awaited you in the afterlife if you were not completely on board with their bullshit, and then read their descriptions of what is supposedly the reward if you believe their bullshit and go along with it.

And you think, yeah, well. . .I guess I'm going to Hell because that seems like the better place. At least they got good music there.

What, I brought that up in the post, I alluded to that I watch his stuff sometimes cuz either it could be just dumb fun or really fucking crazy and the Hazbin one was dumb fun but without the fun part.

There is a reason why I like his "Kirby is a amoeba" theory cuz it doesn't fuck with any of the lore and it makes somewhat sense, he makes some good theories every now, it reminds me of that one "crossover" series where it was just dumb fun and wasn't 100% badshit crazy.

Now I'm iffy with his humor but if there's a good idea/interesting theory behind the video then I can deal with it.

Okay last note on this, I have no idea what the fuck his deal is.

But he says Helluva boss just fine at "6:10" in the video but at the sametime he also says "we learn that there's seven rings in HECK" so what the fuck is it man?
