Holy shit, the state intends to call Baden as a witness after they have all the other testimony based on his report. How are they going to justify ignoring their own government autopsy and toxicology reports in favor of the reports generated by a doctor that never even examined the body?
He's a hired gun to be combative with the defense. Just watch how belligerent he is on cross.

Yep. Minnesota allows "spark of life" testimony apparently. The only spark of life floyd had was when he was sparking a crack pipe, so not sure what his brother can add.

What the hell does that add to ANYTHING?

"Here is a very biased witness we paid 27 million dollars to now telling you he really needed that money because Floyd was a good person"

>Proud Boys is a [...] Chauvinist
Not a philosophy devoted the the teachings of social activist Derek Chauvin, it turns out. Maybe we can get the ball rolling on that, though?
If "Chauvinist" was being used as a common pejorative in Current Year then I'd be wondering if the whole thing was staged. It would be like someone with the last name Moon shooting up a synagogue after Moon Man became popular(ish).

Media is clearly beginning to panic realizing the mistakes they made with their obscene amount of coverage on the riots. Chauvin is clearly not guilty and they know this now. No more discussion forums on Reddit, no more ridiculous YouTube clips taking up the whole front page.

It is going to be hilarious when the riots break out again when this is over. If these morons in Portland thought the DHS coming in unmarked cars was bad last year, wait until Kamala Harris comes in and stomps these people out en masse around the entire country. All because the media needed their precious clicks back in May of last year.

This is so standard for black women it's scary, and they'll roll this exact same shit with the exact same level if they feel like they should get their meal for free. If you've deal with them on a day to day basis, the only way to survive is to just tune it out into static. But you need to pay attention, because the scream of a black woman attracts black bystanders who will all take her side if they see a cop doing anything. It's like a nigger siren that just forms a mob.
Isn't that what women's screams are for, summoning a mob of your own people?

My expectations for cross:

>You are primarily interested in breathing is that correct?
>Yes
>Many different situations can cause a person to stop breathing or have shallow breathing is that correct?
>Yes
>An overdose of fentanyl could cause a person to stop breathing or have shallow breathing is that correct?
>Yes
>You did review the autopsy report in this case is that correct?
>Yes
>You did see the large amount of fentanyl in Mr. Floyd's system is that correct?
>Yes
>And this large amount of fentanyl could cause a person to stop breathing or have shallow breathing is that correct?
>Yes
>No further questions your honor.

Edit: I can't spell

I can understand why, Baden wrote a 'report' that ignored the toxicology, Covid or the heart issues in favor of blaming the death on Chauvin's knee but wow.

Bold move, Cotton.
throw all logic out the window, it's desperate attempts at appealing to emotion to get the jurors weeping for poor Saint Floyd and hope they forgot those pesky facts that Chauvin followed protocol and George wasn't already a deadman walking junkie.

>I watched the videos hundreds of times
hey, me too!

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
THIS IS THE EXPERT ILLUSTRATION HOLY FUCKING SHIT

I think one thing that can bring us all together, whether you are hoping for an innocent or guilty verdict, is that we all can't wait to see that nog infested paradise burn to the ground!

Cat 5 chimpout inbound in all deep blue cities, rejoice! I wonder how the media will cover the response now that orange man bad is gone?
it's still his fault somehow ;)

And if Chauvin is acquitted on all charges, Reddit and Twitter are gonna throw a shitfit.

They're letting a fucking drawing being entered into evidence? Why? We have dozens of videos of this incident, why are they letting some hand crafted drawing?
the guy said it himself, it's hard to tell the exact poses from videos, especially since it was over a period. So they don't want to show the vids when there's obvious long portions on the back and visibly not on the neck, and that's not very compelling.

so instead show a picture where it's always totally and clearly on the neck and make them think that's how it wss
