they're operating on the fact it's a given that everyone thinks he's assumed guilty. They don't want an unbiased jury lmao
I think it’s more interesting that they’re open to the fact that witnesses can have ulterior motives but not realize that it also applies to the defense.

I mean he is right though about modern expensive trials turning into pissing matches of professional experts offering contradicting onclusions.
True, but that's where the wheat is separated from the chaff when it comes to attorneys.

A good attorney pokes a hole in the story of the expert, discredits them, or at the very least tries to make them have an emotional outburst.

I thought you meant he was one of the best experts in the entire field he was in. So it appears your only reason for thinking he is the best is because he spent several hundred hours reviewing it (did he?) and, despite him saying a few retarded and wrong things on the very topic he is supposed to be an expert on, you believe everything else was correct, despite him straight up refusing to answer most questions fully.
He got decades of work behind his back and rewards and all that shit. It should also be noted that complete unpreparedness of Nelson for his testimony is a sign of the fact that he does not have anyone similar on his side.

Nah. You just seem weirdly invested, not in the trial but showing those A&H chuds how wrong they are. Being a new account I figure you are either reddit (sad) or a alt account for a regular here (even sadder).

I'm guessing a lot of tranny and Bernie subs.
Not everyone who mildly disagrees with your opinion is "invested" into anything. Take your pills.

>mildly disagree
>spends the while time trying to dunk (and fail) in the thread.

Sure thing. How goes your dilating?

Uh ooh, so Floyd's levels were not actually lethal and people spewing that stuff at every page were talking out of their ass or what?
People have OD'd and died on way less than Floyd was on. People without their coronary arteries practically consisting of pure lard. People without COVID. Just because some faggot can finally manage to say some bullshit he's being paid to say with a straight face doesn't mean it's true.
If Chauvin gets convicted it will all have come on that Doctor. Anyone spouting off percentages and therefors and it's complicateds while explaining his calculations on lung volume is a weasel.
This liar literally said with a straight face that smoking is basically harmless. Wtf bullshit is this?

I never even tried to imply that I dunked on anyone and you're already screaming "I'm not owned! I'M NOT OWNED!" like a sped. But I'll give you the last word on this topic if you want regardless and stick to the court itself.

In his defense, my degree in a medical adjacent discipline and over a thousand hours of clinical experience left me completely unprepared for the Omnipotent Leprechaun as well. I bet he enjoyed calculating Nelson's blood pressure via the jiggling of his ear lobes.

Wow, he worked a long time and has awards you can't even recall right now, I'm sure that's going to leave an impression on people the exact same as saying smoking has no significant effect on your lungs. I hope this guy is smart and respected enough to go up against the credibility every single other lung specialist on Earth. But I'm sure people will forget all that and remember the shit about percentages.

Not a great look when he said it's his fault. if it was genuinely out of date that would be huge, now it makes him look unprepared and lost.

Still, only getting them the night before and still being sent revised copies even later is completely bullshit imo
Eh, Nelson and his prep work aren't on trial. Perception of your client and your competency as his legal team are definitely important on a subconscious level, but I wouldn't read into it too much.

Even professionals make oopsies.

Can someone break down what's going on with the autopsy report? I can't watch it atm.
