I was consulting with a colleague about the resemblance of the doc to Dennis Rader and I missed what he said about the circumstances under which petechial hemorrhage can and can't occur?

It sounds like maybe the prosecution is again dancing around what the exact cause of death was and which parts of the neck were allegedly obstructed?

Nelson hasn't had to use ridiculous anime game logic to make the prosecutors look like fools, they've been doing a fine job themselves.
Almost all first cases of Ace attorney are prosecutors pulling shit out of their asses or with barely any forensic investigation done, it works as a tutorial to make the player point holes in the prosecution, is the featured prosecutors like Edgeworth that make points back and forth that doesn't sound uber retarded, things got interesting in the great ace attorney where you can make a very compelling argument but if you don't convince the jury you get permafucked even if you are right and the prosecution love to manipulate them to put them against you there is even a point where the prosecutor love to exploit the Jury bias to make you spin your argument to at least keep the trial going

Absolutely nothing, I fully expect that and him dancing with the banana to be used to force him to confess the truth
Saint of the black people, terrible dancer

I notice on this thread there is an awful lot of personal preference in the hope of the outcome.

I'd be interested in a survey that rather than asks "Will be found guilty", is a survey that asks instead "Do you think he murdered the guy, but should get away with it because I don't like the victim."

Because if Derek did this to anyone you know, you'd probably think he was guilty of murder rightly so - so if that holds true, then it must be a dislike for the victim, an undue appreciation of Derek who deserves no accolades and a total disregard for common sense.

Derek is a murderer. So rather than trying to pin hopes to guilty or not guilty, whether the defense wins or not, is there anyone on here who seriously thinks that what this guy did was even close to acceptable? And if so, may I say how fucking low your standards have become for LAW OFFICERS, much like your teachers and other overly represented groups that get an outsized deification for wearing a label.

Don't use drugs and don't resist arrest especially when high off your mind on drugs.

Also being a career criminal that has held a gun to a pregnant ladies belly will make people "dislike the victim."

Not race as you would hope.

Nigger was high as fuck driving around and probably would have killed a pedestrian or other driver in the state he was in and died in the process anyway. So my personal opinion of either party is irrelevant because Chauvin arresting him very likely saved innocent lives from serious injury/death.

and thats exactly why you don't let a relative or friend of the victim on the jury - they have an emotional and personal investment.

we're objective because we don't give a shit about anyone in the trial. I just want salt and sneed memes.
