Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

The Founding Fathers knew all about technology marching on and wanted the citizens to have the same arms and training as the militaries.

Not to mention the fact that lawmakers passed no limitations on firearms even when repeating rifles like Winchesters became far more common post-Civil War. Hell you'd think that a Civil War where large sectors of both armies were state raised militias would be the source of limiting firearms but nothing like that ever happened.

The Founders would have loved modern firearms and I'm pretty sure a Ma Deuce would have made a lot of them jizz their pants. Modern Anti-2A people have no clue just how much the Founders loved guns and just how well armed they thought Americans should be. They'd be disappointed gun ownership percentages are less than 60% of the population.

The way to discuss gun control is to ask the person you are speaking to what number of gun murders they are willing to accept.

I don't know if it's my love for puzzle pieces or because America has adopted emotions as valid reasoning but that is the ultimate question.

If they oppose ANY amount of gun murders then you know that you have a person that hates the 2A and is a gun grabber.
