wait what? Can you link the video please I can't believe she's that old. She acts 26 at best.
I think someone here on KF figured out April's age somehow? Maybe through a soft dox? This info I found seems to match a few places where she's previously lived: Screen Shot 2021-04-08 at 4.30.46 PM.png

She also mentioned Tuscaloosa Bariatrics in that video and is Mormon (Salt Lake City), so it all makes sense.

April herself is really squirrelly about her age--if she were younger/in her twenties, I guess she'd probably just say so--I think because the clock's ticking for her to have kids and she is nowhere near healthy enough to conceive right now for numerous reasons.

She never admits it in videos. She’ll answer every question but the one about her age. I got that age from a kiwi who posted previously but there is evidence to support
There is a big age gap between her and her husband who was born in 1991 (making him 29/30 now). She mentions that when they first met she wasn’t interested in him because of the age gap.

She also mentions in this post from 2015 that little sister just turned 25. That would put her younger sister at age 31 in 2021.

I do agree with the 'diet program' thing, but for different reasons. The 95% who fail, failed because they didn't learn to make lifestyle changes and just relied on the diet as a magic weight-loss spell. The second it was over, they went back to their old habits. People who lose weight and keep it off don't go on 'diet plans' like weightwatchers, they make sustainable lifestyle changes like eating a little less or doing more exercise.

Most people are just too dumb to realise that the main goal of a gooddiet plan should be to teach you good habits, not just to get the weight off as fast as possible. It's just like school- you don't go to English class because it's vitally important to know about the Great Gatsby, thats just a tool to teach you comprehension skills and vocabulary. A good school will try and teach skills, but like the vast majority of mainstream diet plans most schools are just focused on doing the bare minimum to make sure that their kids can meet a deadline, and don't set them up to use the skills they gained later in life.

So FAs are right that diets are ineffective, but their reasoning is wrong.

Well today I learned you can get pimples on your stomach.
Get help Bekah, for the love of God. It doesn't help feminism to make yourself sicker, weaker, more anxious.

Oh no. Oh no, she's having a hang-over stomach now. Welp, that's it, no return from here from what I learned.
And stretchmarks can be normal, but they aren't hecking cute. You're not supposed to have awww reaction from stretch marks.
Acne can be normal too -cant fight with over working hormones, at very least it takes time. But it's not cute (still shivering from some bopo activist who «loved these constellations across my cheeks uwu”)!
Oh Bekah, oh no

Naw, a belly that size and shape is totally something you can come back from. If she gets any bigger, not so much, but if she lost weight steadily, did plenty of work to firm up her core, and moisturised well, at a good diet with clean fats and stuff, it's totally fixeable.

It's work, but it's totally feasible to come back from that, you'd just have to commit to solving it as a long term lifestyle change not just a 4 week purge and snapping back to shite habits after.

She's not at the point of no return yet, but she's rapidly getting that way.

It would help not just her body but her skin, so so much, if she ate a mostly wholefoods diet. A skincare routine and washing your face, moisturizing, is important, but it's a drop in the ocean compared to how much eating badly and being sedentary can mess up your skin. If she just started exclusively cooking for herself instead of relying on takeout and packaged foods (which I'm assuming is what's going on), she would do a lot better. And eating better would help (mildly, but still) with her mood and outlook.

Since she uses social media as a way to treat her depression on top of eating poorly, I don't have much hope for Bekah. She will get bigger and bigger and nastier. She might have a "come to Jesus"-moment IF she has a major health scare but I honestly, I don't see her turning it around early enough to prevent permanent damage. She either doesn't see the connection with poor eating habits and your mental and physical health, or chooses not to acknowledge it. I feel kinda sad, but then again she lives in a country that offers decent health-care and she has made the choice of instant gratification over hard work.

Oh, I did not mean physically impossible.
I meant for FA it's an important milestone and she already “praised” that.
She's lost at very least for a looooong time.
Oh, apologies, my mistake for misunderstanding! And you're totally right. A big chunk of the battle with getting to a healthy weight is the desire to change your weight, and your acceptance that things, as they are, are untenable.

And again, I agree, she is lost. If she believes truly that how she is is an achievement she's done for.
