Isn't the point of the prosecution witnesses that they support the prosecution's argument? I mean, they know the defense is saying the body shut down naturally which led to cause of death, so they're just trying to get rid of that avenue to leave only one way, Chauvin's knee, either directly or anything that was the body's doing had a weight tied around its anchor causing George Floyd to die because Derek Chauvin's restraint caused things to go over the edge and into the grave.
So there’s the murder charge, which requires no reasonable doubt, and the homocide, which is a majority vote

they are the prosecutions witnesses, but they are arguing in a way to exclude any and every reasonable doubt. Like, the 0/10 delirium thing for an example. Floyd was not responsive and the ground was COVERED in sweat. But the guy did not say 2/10. He claimed Floyd was responsive and cool to the touch.

it’s one thing to say “smoking can affect the lungs, but Floyd did not have serious diagnosed lung issues”. It’s another thing to say “the overwhelming majority of smokers never have any negative effects from smoking”

and in terms of the general conversation, it leads to scenarios of two different worlds. Where my degree and profession are now useless because some no name ER doc claimed 11ng of Fent is not sufficient for anyone to overdose, and no one can agree on any basic issue.

If he prosecution is so sure that the police killed Floyd and the drugs didn't, I don't see why they don't just give him a full pass and let him testify about the drugs he gave him. Maybe I don't know how that works.

Also, we probably already discussed this, but I'll bring it back up because fuck this guy:
Hall was charged last month with violating a protection order in a 2019 domestic violence case. He had pleaded guilty to domestic violence by strangulation after admitting he choked his pregnant girlfriend for 30 seconds. As part of a plea agreement, Hall was ordered to stay away from the woman, who was the mother of his child.

Imagine, if you could, being a judge. All day, every day, you see either corpos, retards, or niggers whining about how they need more money, how they didn't commit crimes, how X and Y and Z were evil to them. You don't get paid as much as some lawyers and you're old and tired.

Then some fucking street thug ODs on Fetty, but he dies on bodycam and bystander cam, and because it's an election year, CNN spins it into a gigantic fucking mess. Perhaps you don't know the numbers, the massive spike in homicides, the billion dollar property damage price tag, but you're acutely aware that the death of this particular felon resulted in cities being burned.

Now you're sitting here as the prosecution sends in wave after wave of complete retards who violate biology, logic, ethics, and causality with their incomprehensible statements, and there's a media circus. Some members of the jury are members of BLM and their vote is already decided into making this cop swing.

You've just got to sit and watch.

It's time for another break as you wonder whether flipping burgers would be a better career than this bullshit.
