Similar thing happened in Tulsa in 2016. Male cops pull tasers, female cop pulls her gun instead. One male cop fires taser, suspect falls, female cop blows off the top of his head.
Quite clearly an accidental discharge but she claimed it wasn't. Eventually found not guilty of manslaughter arguing cops are trained to "discharge weapons simultaneously" or some bullshit.
The helicopter footage is out there too, kinda graphic, but the pilot reactions are humorous. "This guy's about to get tased... *brains on pavement* ...oh."
