It's a fucking pistol. Whoever started this rumor deserves the rope. I don't know of any taser that has a fucking blowback slide and ejection port, do you?

Edit: As others have said, it's a P320.

>tfw Glocks have become so obnoxiously ubiquitous that literally any other gun confuses nogunz and makes them think they're actually tasers

a high IQ follow up, apparently the guy is now an expert himself in excited delerium. Note how he didn't say the expert said he showed no signed of it. He thinks he smart.

If it's not relevant then the judge would not allow in the testimony. See rule 401 jackass.

And he definitely did not exhibit any signs of excited delirium from a quick google search:
  • Severe panic or distress, often exhibiting paranoia.
  • Disorientation.
  • Dissociation.
  • Aggressiveness and combativeness.
  • Fast heart rate.
  • Hallucination.
  • Diaphoresis (profuse sweating)
  • Incoherent speech or shouting.

Yeah looking at the thing closely, it's definitely a gun I even noted that it had what looked like an ejection port. The guy I was replying to is either spreading false info or didn't express his point very clearly. I was just shocked that they would model a Taser to look so much like a handgun, that seems like an accident just waiting to happen, as we can see with that lady cop. Guess I just jumped the gun there.
Yeah not your fault. Fuck that dude with a rake for being so asininely wrong.

Do.....do they not understand that one can cause the other? And that time is a continuous line, where stuff changes as time goes on?

I'm a little concerned big brains like this could be sitting in the jury  imagine deliberating with that logic

eta god bless you for reading that thread... I couldn't last 5 mins
i'm close to tapping out its too much.
I appreciate the irony of me laughing at their cope while we cheer for the defence, but as another kiwi put it, they're much gayer than us.

They already forgot the BLOOD CHOKE!!! > KNEE STRANGLE!!! > POSITIONAL ASPHIXIA! > RACIST BAD VIBES!!! goalpost shifting from the prosecution.
This is because your standard NPC has only 4 to 8kb of memory.

Weird how they didnt bitch when the prosecution witnesses gave like 12 contradictory ways Chauvin totally single handedly murdered Floyd in cold blood.

Anyways any fun from the defenses witnesses? I still assume we're at the weakest witnesses right now.

Did they get the earlier arrest submitted as evidence?

  • Agree
Reactions: Coccxys
The prosecution asserted something so it's been "debunked" (too much snopes for this true believer). Not how even science works, this idiot would have been one of those shouting at Galileo that a heliocentric solar system had already been debunked.

Wish I could jump in there with "So wait, peer-reviewed science is bad science now?"
They'll go nuclear

Did they get the earlier arrest submitted as evidence?

Only parts of it were deemed 'relevant' to the case at hand. So yes, but chopped up and restricted.

So their brains are as floppy as their genitalia?

Lets not discuss their inverted and infected wounds, okay?

Rate me late, but when I first heard about this I figured it was another nothingburger and didn’t care to find the footage. But now that I see it...the term “negligent homocide” comes to mind. Aren’t Tasers yellow specifically to avoid this shit?
Why are people surprised by this? Female police officers acting overly aggressive, and either accidentally or mindlessly shooting someone, is a common enough occurrence within the United States one would think this has already become something of an expectation.

That sounds like a shit fix.
It technically works as the lighter mass of the target trigger has less momentum on impact to disengage the seer from the striker than the regular triggers. That being said, yeah, it's a shit, half-baked fix.

Edited for more clarity
