If my Glock 48 had a 40% chance of failure it'd be sitting in the trash rather than on my hip
Point to be taken, the average serviceman is a complete retard and will do the most retarded shit to a weapon. Getting a 60% success rate is a good enough metric. Glocks themselves had a reputation for blowing up in your hand. Emphasis on had. There are a dozen complaints that can be levied against any weapon.

EDIT; “meaningful” metric was a misnomer. In this case, it’s about usability and confidence, not technical issues. I’m still baffled that they passed up Glock for Sig, especially after they abandoned the modularity requirement.

at least this is funny

Terrified he won't be found guilty. I mean if you live in a ghetto somewhere you probably should be but I'm guessing that's not how this idiot means it.

I despise hypocrites and Pharisees. "I am not religious but I pray"... to whom do you pray to, then? Ancient Aliens? St. Floyd? The clouds in the sky? Your favourite anime? Have a proper stance on something, for once in your life.

Well, in this case that's not exactly relevant to the jury, because the jurors don't hold those opinions,
You absolutely sure about that I mean after all these are the same residents that routinely vote in The ridiculous policies like disbanding the police that helped lead to this situation

Has the prosecution gotten a single objection sustained during this witnesses' testimony?
Here and there the judge has had to tell the defense to refraise, otherwise the defense has been smooth sailing with this performance.

This is, of course, not including the sidebar circus that was performed this morning by the prosecution.

Government officials aren't voted in unanimously, as far as I'm aware.
Also, none of the jurors selected supported the idea of "defunding the police," which was a specific question asked of all potential jurors. I think one of them (it might have been the backup juror) said he thought police resources could be better-distributed to combat other issues in the community, but couldn't be any more specific than that.
