Also, I don't know if I've only started noticing recently, but whenever something doesn't go his way, namely he either didn't hit the tips goal yet in the current stream, or he failed to hit the tips goal, he now shoehorns in this nebulous concept of "troll activity" as being one of the reasons why he didn't get his gacha money yet. I've started playing the new XCOM games recently and sometimes when I see "ALIEN ACTIVITY" while listening to groups of aliens doing weird noises and stalking around in the shadows I can't help but think of Phil blaming "behind the scenes trolling activity" when he bitches about the reasons for why his tips are low.

This is completely false. The country as a whole is meeting the vaccination goals set by the President, and Washington is actually slightly ahead of the national average.
"I'm looking around for a way for Kat and I to get vaccinated."
Assuming Kat is still in the same line of work she has been for some time, she has already been eligible for a while. She should have been eligible in the current phase, or even the previous phase. Why the fuck wasn't she looking into this weeks ago?
I'm curious to see if he'll only be able to go to get the vaccine when both Kat and him are off, like how it has to be for him to go to the ear doctor.
BTW, was there any sort of consensus as to why that is? I recall hearing people theorize he may have lost his license, which seems like a possibility, but I dunno if that or any other reasons were confirmed.

I got home from work at 8PM, got up at 2AM and stood in line until 5PM to get my mum vaccinated, and I'd do it as many times as needed.
