Now I'm no behavioral psychologist, but I had an thought rattling around in my mind. In a way Kevin & friends kinda remind me of a Pavlovian dog. For those unaware, the basic experiment was to show a dog a piece of meat and then ring a bell. The dog now forms a mental association with the bell and the meat and reacts the same way upon hearing the bell without the meat being present. How Kevin's conditioning is similar is he used to engage in strange paraphilia and then formed a mental association when he received the coom as a reward. However the coom element is now removed after getting castrated, but we still see Kevin going through the same motions (writing horny shit on twitter) trying to activate it again, as if the ability to coom was still there.

It has been shown that over time the dog will eventually dissociate the trigger from the potential reward. But for Kevin it's been years since he's gotten the snip and he's still repeatedly performs the same actions as before without the prospect of coom anymore. Leading me to come up with two hypothesis:

1. That Kevin is doing everything out of familiarity and old habit rather than for a specific reward. I think someone here mentioned before that Kevin mentally gets pleasure out of his fetishes, (and enjoys the act of being degraded) as opposed to physical pleasure of orgasm. The association with the paraphilia/fetishes and coom has become so intertwined that's it's indistinguishable in his brain. Meaning that for the dog hearing the bell has become the reward itself rather than just the trigger.
2. Kevin's brain is so starved and desperate for a dopamine hit, it's frantically trying to up the ante with more extreme paraphilias all the time to placate itself with a coom that will never come.
