Wait a minute

He's not arguing ANY of the coronary stuff

Pretty big foul up from the Defense on not knowing it's a hybrid, but the carbon monoxide was such a fringe theory anyway

If the law is on your side, argue the law. If the facts are on your on your side, argue the facts. If neither are on your side, attack the witness.
Only the expert has already made him emotional when he asked about the exhausts. You can hear the prosecutor take in short intakes of breath. That's a sign of growing nervousness.

It still serves towards the goal of providing reasonable doubt, aka "plausibility"

We don't know if the hybrid was running on gas or not at the time.

Are they seriously trying to imply that Chauvin's 140 lbs + his equipment is equal to over 225 lbs?

What the fuck are you wearing that is 85+ lbs?
Prosecution will reveal a never before seen video in which chauvin, smiling, pulls a comically sized cartoon anvil out of his pocket and drops it on floyd's neck, whose neck extends a foot out and eyes pop out of his head while going "YOW YOW YOW YEEEEEE-OUCH"

>pros is saying "you can't prove the car was on so you have to act like it wasn't"
>flipping burden of proof in most obvious way and not doing the obvious "lol carbon monoxide didn't kill him retard"

did i have a stroke?

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA

"You're not a dental hygienist! YOU CAN'T TELL US THAT WASN'T A TOOTH!"
Doesn't the guy who performs the autopsy take note of how many teeth he had at time of death? I mean, if he just lost a tooth the day he died I'd imagine someone would have taken note of that. There were half-chewed percs on his seat for Christ's sake, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to apply Occam's Razor on what was likely in his mouth.

Who's to say he wasn't popping pills in the store?

Edit: Yes, this line of questioning is totally not confusing the jury.
