>pros is saying "you can't prove the car was on so you have to act like it wasn't"
>flipping burden of proof in most obvious way and not doing the obvious "lol carbon monoxide didn't kill him retard"

This is why the scattershot defense works. They're going to spend a fucking hour arguing about where a chicklet got to.

And the jury is left with the idea that both sides agree that he had something white in his mouth when he got out of the car, and the prosecution says with no evidence that it might have been a piece of gum, while the defense says it was definitely a pill because there were chewed up pills in the car.

Having another productive day, tl;dr for me fellas. Based Rhodesian on the stand?
cross has only started but so far it's beyond retarded. he's attacking random tidbits, maybe to kill his character, but hasn't done anything against the really damaging evidence defense brought up. he's asked when he came to the US and if he's in a non profit, but not actual influence of carbon monoxide on floyd's lungs or whether that sub-225 means not fatal

but as the saying goes: "If you have the facts on your side, pound the facts; if you have the law on your side, pound the law; if you have neither the facts nor the law, pound the table."

He came to the US in 1991.

100% based.

(And on edit: The prosecutor just asked if vigorous physical confrontation could cause oxygen depletion. Buh buh buh... I thought George Floyd wasn't resisting arrest? Like I said in my last post, the prosecution is inadvertently reinforcing the defense's case.)

If it was a tooth, how do they explain the chewed up speedball tab they found in the back of the squad car with Floyd's spit all over it?
Obviously Floyd lost and swallowed a tooth that he was sucking on all day, and the drugs in the car belonged to the cops. Floyd simply spit on them when he was being manhandled and beaten inside the squad car, which was definitely off at the time.
