Mentally Retarded (didn't know how to boil water)
How can you be that stupid? You put a container of water in a microwave and run it for a minute.

Are you saying he's so dense he can't put water in a glass and push a button?

no picture of the skyline, no picture of some historic part of the city, no pleasant neighborhood or cool piece of the city- no, to the redditors the most important thing about minneapolis is some felon junkie dying who must henceforth be commemorated as patron saint of the city
Not sure how you're having it. but if you do the old.reddit.com mode, I see the skyline with the revolution fist.
So is the OD angle deboonked now? Fowler seems to have been saying "yes" to a lot of state's questions.
I think someone has said that's the prosecution trying to stop explanations in a way to help their case.
OD was never the angle. The assertion is that the drugs contributed to death, not the direct cause
I thought the angle was whether or not Chauvin's knee threw George into the ground, directly or otherwise. And the defense was arguing that George was in a state that the knee wouldn't do anything at all. Are we just going to give up OD, which is pretty much the prime way the defense can get Chauvin to walk?

Those were the exact words from his brother when he took the stand, so I'm taking it as fact.

But if it's determined that Chauvin being on tpp of Floyd played any role at all, it's Guilty, correct? The drugs and health problems are incidental.
I believe the point of contention is whether whatever Chauvin did was within police procedure and the fact that Floyd died was due to a host of factors that contributed to it that were not within Chauvin's control. Maybe his knee did help matters, but if it isn't the sole reason for Floyd's demise then he can't be liable for it. At least that's my reading of the case so far, I'm kinda retarded so I might be wrong.

If I bump into a deathfat and they lose their balance, tip over, and die of choking or a heart attack, would they not still be alive (even if for not very long) had I not bumped into them?
For the manslaughter charges, yes. If Floyd would have lived even a second longer without Chauvin's intervention that's enough to convict. This is complicated a bit by it being an arrest, so that's why they were arguing so much about police procedures.

No, maybe if you read it a certain way but thats on the Jury.

Any situation you are in affects you. If someone dies of a complication during surgery for example, then every doctor who had that happen would go to prison immediately.

The medical examiner found nothing that could point to the knee being the main factor of GF's death. If you gave that medical examiner GF's body without any video or pictures of the incident he would of marked it as undetermined because the fucker found no bruising even when cutting him open. The toxicology report found meth and other substances in his system and they're kvetching at the fact that the defense dare use this fact to say it was a contributing factor to GF's death. I know the jurors are obviously gonna give, Derek 'I took an arrow to the knee' Chauvin, super degree murder, but you have to listen to these people who have had contact with GF's body to know these fuckers are obviously bias in their "factual" findings.

Hilarious getting a kaffir to do the cross with Fowler.

Haven't seen anyone focus on the "was the car running?" angle. Seems like this should be a very simple thing: There'll be fuel records. Unless Minnesota does things differently, most agencies' SOPs specify always leaving a vehicle running while on incident, which would also be easy to pull up and verify. Does the persecution know something here, or was that just a shot in the dark?

I hope the scattershot by Nelson works; a not-guilty would create sneed not seen since the night after the 2016 election. Hell, we've even got Pelosi already in the spit zone!
