At this point I find it really, really hard to believe that this exact scene didn't play out at some point during this trial:

This episode was supposed to be an example of exactly how not to handle a court system, but its ended up becoming eerily similar to the kind of court and justice you can expect in these situations. Even the lawyers attitude is exactly what I would expect from some twit looking to see his client hang because he knows he'll be on the shitlist himself if he doesn't

“To your knowledge, is Chauvin a medical expert?”
That’s what blows Dr. Potato’s napkin calculations sky high.
Every doctor I have spoken to about this matter either didn't believe me or looked at me like I was absolutely crazy that someone claimed they made quantitative measures about oxygen reserves via bodycam.

Then followed that up with either "the body doesn't have oxygen reserves what does that mean" or "Surely he's talking about data from the ambulance"

This whole shitshow is a drawn-out case of Monday Morning Quarterback.

Can't help but think of the TNG episode, "The Measure of a Man". Mainly in the context of Piccards quote, "Your Honour, the courtroom is a crucible. In it we burn away irrelevancies until we are left with a pure product, the truth for all time."

Undoubtedly appropriated from the title of the play by Arthur Miller.

The play uses the Salem Witch Trials as a metaphor for HUAC.

(Edit: I keep forgetting that he was married to Marilyn Monroe. @The Last Stand , any thoughts? )

The channel I'm watching just played the footage of that foid cop shooting the kid that kicked off the current round of riots. What's with nig nogs and not following police orders? He's getting handcuffed and wriggles his way out of restraint and tries to get back in his car. In almost all of these shooting cases they fight the police and then are shocked when police escalate the situation on them.

Fuck me can the schizo sperging wait until after 5 central at least?
Forgive me for this:
Kettles are fucking worthless. Just microwave the water or boil it in a pan. Tea is for faggots so deranged they don't even have the decency to give you a reacharound.
Uncouth ass niggas could never appreciate a quality cup of tea. I expect microwaving water to come from the feral joggers this case and riots are all about.
