This is not supposed to be undercover work, and it's not supposed to be subtle. It was a simple request for documentation from the government. That's how FOIA requests work on the federal level, and how the Washington Public Records Act works in Washington State. As the cited article states, "The
Washington Public Records Act guarantees that citizens have the right to access public records, and requires the government to respond to requests within five days. Only personal student or patient information, employee files, and some investigative records are exempt." Nobody is supposed to sneak around. Nobody is supposed to do undercover work. The public has a right to know how many trannies are being put in women's prisons. And the ACLU is suing to prevent the public from knowing that. Again, no subtlety involved.
