His thread will give you an idea of his "humor", such as it is. Most of it is pretty deadpan, and it seems as though he's obsessed with saying things that will make him look like a lunatic. It's usually not funny and more along the lines of "I'm thinking about things no sensible person would admit to thinking publicly, isn't that wacky?" He's definitely an edgelord, though whether he's just incredibly unfunny, or actually a psychopath that tries to play off his weird thoughts as jokes (or a combination of both) is up for debate.

I remember Carlin saying he enjoyed hearing about natural disasters and mass murder, but I can't recall him ever saying he liked fucking children.

There's many differences, but perhaps the main difference is there's no inherent exaggeration in "I am a pedophile," just, at best, a lie.
