Boogie's "Tesla Saga" / Financial Status Lies
lmfao - first Boogie is upset that people think he bought a Tesla, when he tweeted "I legit just bought a Tesla." Now he's upset that people think he couldn't afford a Tesla when he tweeted "I bought a car I can barely afford."
@Banworld made a good post on the previous page directly pointing out Boogie's lies regarding the fictional Tesla that he "purchased" in 2019. This post is sort of a basic recap highlighting Boogie's many series of lies throughout the "Tesla Saga", and also includes examples of the many inconsistencies in Boogie's stories since then as well as his current lies when it comes to his financial situation.
TLDR- Boogie lied about "buying his dream Tesla" in 2019 and he continues to lie on a daily basis now. He has completely abandoned any semblance of truth and the stories that he continues to tell are not at all based in reality. Boogie2988 also morbidly obese.
"Tesla Saga"
He's saying that he could afford 6 Tesla's, that's something. When Boogie announced he bought a Tesla back in June 2019, it was the Model S that he was talking about. This is the same model McJuggerNuggets just bought while they were together and that he was incredibly, visibly jealous of. The Tesla Model S is priced at $99,999, and here he's saying that he could actually afford 6 of them. 100,000 x 6 = $600,000. Remember that number. Some will remember that in late January, Boogie went on stream one evening and casually announced that he had just withdrawn $600,000 worth of Bitcoin less than an hour before he had hopped on Twitch. He made this claim midway through his broadcast, in a very calm and boring manner, and only brought this up after a donation chat had mentioned crypto rising that week. After this stream, he changed his Twitter handle to something like "Boogie is Rich AF

In this video Boogie uploaded (Link HERE) he is with McJuggerNuggers immediately after he watched Jesse (McJ) actually purchase the Tesla Model S. In that timestamp linked Boogie actually clarifies that this Tesla is in fact his dream car, and that the title doesn't actually belong to a used Toyota Corolla. This video is peculiar because it was uploaded just days after an epic meltdown of his which lasted close to a week and was one of the most viral meltdowns of his that he had to date at the time. It made the front page of Reddit on /r/LiveStreamFails, was gaining hella traction on Twitter where he was receiving almost nothing but an unusual amount of ridicule and backlash. At the time it was also one of Boogie's most dramatic overnight drops in subscriber and follower accounts on social media. While Boogie was seething and remaining jealous towards his kind-of-but-not-really friend McJuggerNuggets as he was at the dealership and in the process of buying his own Tesla, he spontaneously decided to buy one himself and actually put down the required $2,500 deposit and clarifies in his video that he planned to finance the rest of the payments. As Banworld points out in the quoted link I included above, Boogie went back to his hotel where he proceeded to have a panic attack at the realization that there was no way in hell he could actually afford this Tesla and buying one would fucking wreck him financially. Important to note that before this meltdown, he told all of his followers and audience online both on several Twitch streams and on Twitter that he did in fact buy his "dream car", the Tesla Model S, He was literally begging his audience in these same Twitch streams to help him afford the Tesla he claimed to have just bought by increasing the amount and quantity of donations that they send his way. In Boogie's words "he deserved it" and he also presented it as an investment for his fans(lmfao) because with his new car he would be able to travel more and give them more classic kino Boogie2988 content.
Here is a solid recap of the Tesla Saga as told by the guys from the PKA podcast, they do a pretty good job (Link HERE).

Boogie's Lies Regarding His Past/Current Financial Status
Boogie said that he initially invested all of this money right around the time of the election, and that he did so because he was "suicidal" at the time and figured why not. This was strange for him to say considering it was in November that he Tweeted several times how it was the happiest he had ever been in his life. Also pictured are two examples of him "owning the haters" by flexing his new wealth and also him backtracking on his boastful "I'm rich!!!" claims after receiving pushback from fans. Notice he changed his handle to "Internet's Luckiest Fool" to allude to this wealth resulting from pure chance, to offset his manufactured "guilt" over riches that literally do not exist lmao.
There were zero changes made to his daily lifestyle, and Boogie still continues to regularly complain about a number of financial related obligations he and his roommate have. He has never once mentioned the taxes he's required to pay for his $600,000 in cash recently withdrawn or any of the fees associated with withdrawing such a large amount of money that was tied up in crypto. He's been confusing when talking about his windfall in any context, for instance there are sometimes he alludes to this $600k being from Ethereum holdings, but when he first made this claim on Twitch he specified that it was Bitcoin. Hmmm.
More lies, inconsistencies, and references
I wish I could link to the Twitch stream that I mention, a number of you have commented on this stream as well, however Boogie deleted it just a couple of days later. I have asked around on Twitter and it has also been discussed at length here shortly after the stream in late January, but I personally was unable to download a copy to archive and have not been able to find anyone else who has a copy of the file either. If anyone reading this happened to archive that stream, it would be awesome if you could post it ITT. He deleted this Twitch stream and began backtracking hard after receiving a large amount of actual fans of his complaining that it wasn't cool he was bragging about netting $600k seemingly out of thin air while these same fans were struggling to get by during COVID times. Like millions of others, many of these fans had lost their jobs and didn't think his excessive flexing was funny. Boogie rolled with this criticism initially by saying his time was due and he worked so smart and hard to get here, that he's earned becoming a millionaire (???). It was only after a few blue checkmarks like Alanah Pearce decided to say something as well that Boogie finally caved and both deleted the stream in question and stopped all of the bragging about this brand new wealth of his constantly. Below is Boogie making excuses for why he is unable to donate any of this new life changing sum of money, he also previously announced on stream that his fans should not expect any changes in his life because in his words "that's just the guy I am - money doesn't buy happiness" (?).
All of this excessive bragging ended just days later when the Gamestop short squeeze first started gaining traction on Twitter. Like with any other massive social media event that's trending, Boogie2988 couldn't resist hopping aboard the $GME hype and immediately advertising himself as some genius day-trader who actually has been doing this his entire life. He volunteered to his Twitter followers that when $GME was around the $330 mark, he actually emptied ALL of his cash and the entirety of his savings account to invest all of it in $GME. Wow! Outside of his physical assets, he must be hurting pretty bad right now as Boogie has lost over 55% of his investment, it's strange that he has completely dropped any talk of stocks, Gamestop, his investment, or his massive drop in net worth it must have had since all of the GME hype has died down. Below is one of Boogie's Tweets saying he put all of his money minus assets into $GME, and also talking about his plans to rent out a number of properties and enjoy becoming a landlord in his new retirement. KiwiFarms, this is me swearing on/betting my life that Boogie2988 will never mention being a landlord, buying new properties to rent out, or duplexes ever again in his entire life (3 years-ish)
I can point to dozens of inconsistencies, lies, exaggerations, and conflicting statements that Boogie has made in 2021 regarding his finances. With that being said, I'm obviously unable to actually see his bank account. Boogie loves to share every boring detail in his life almost as much as he loves sticking it to his many haters. One would think that the most epic way to own them would be to very simply just share a screenshot of his Bitcoin wallet (He has since said he bought back in, right after a convenient dip the day of. before this, Boogie said he sold it all again at BTC's all time high). However I can say with 99% certainty that Boogie will absolutely never share a link and/or screenshot to his wallet for the same reason that in 15 years on YouTube he has never once made a thorough and wide frame video of the entire process that is weighing himself on a scale that's been proven to be calibrated correctly. The answer for this is easy, and that's is because he lies about every single fucking detail in his entire life and has since he was a small child (a morbidly obese one btw). He has bragged on several occasions how much money he has earned by being a creator on Tik Tok, alluding to this money being a real difference maker. When the number finally was revealed to be $522/month, he was called out for this and has since been quiet about it.
Boogie publicly claimed that the merch website he owns sold a grand total of 42 shirts between the time of November - February, with 50% of the profit going to his design creator friend. Boogie's Tweeted about, advertised, and linked his audience to his merch 100+ times and continues to relentlessly shill it whenever possible. Of the profit netted off 42 shirt sales, he's confirmed his cut to be under $400 after the cut belonging to the designer and online printing store to cover shipping, shirt materials, etc. That constant level of relentless shilling seems somewhat questionable behavior when his end result thus far has been <$400 all the while he's also claiming to be close to millionaire status.
