This does nothing to facilitate his addiction when the stream cuts, so it's nothing to be happy about.

Edit: Phil keeps calling it a 'slow climb' because OiC is doing it at few at a time. He either doesn't appreciate the attention whoring, or he isn't grasping that he was gifted almost 50 subs in 2 hours. Meanwhile, he is very excited with how close they are to the tips goal.

Yeah, the tips are what makes Phil happy, the sub-goal will never elicit the same amount of happiness that hitting the tips goal makes him. If only OIC actually thought before he opened his wallet, he would have Phil under his thumb.

Just so you guys know, OiC tipped using TheThirteenthFloor to reach the tips goal. He didn't even try to hide this time. (he wrote the message 1 minute before the tip.)
So yeah, all of those people with weird names tipping are all OiC, it seems. The guy is financing Phil by himself. Wow.

Yet another inflated subs goal that was hit by one person - the same person that everyone said would hit it to begin with. The evening after Phil ranted about how nobody should expect that exact person to hit the sub goal.

Phil will say it was a group effort because Chipe and Timbo were in there. Meanwhile, Jaxx tries to play hero and lies, saying that he was just late to the stream.

These people are clamouring over each other to be the biggest cuck, and Phil holds nothing for contempt for them because he knows his scams are so laughable at this point, that these people are abject retards.

It's absolute beauty.

And the biggest cuckery of all, in the ending segment of the stream Phil mentioned hitting the sub goal ZERO times. 0. Nada. Nothing. Not ONCE. That is PURE disrespectful to someone that basically emptied their wallet FOR LIKE $500 MINIMUM? $450? All he said was, "thanks for the enormous support! *y pose*"

Disgraceful. Sad. Pathetic.
