While this probably won't come to pass because there's no way the tranch is going to exist by the time this dude gets out, if it did happen I can see a number of advantages they would glean from bringing in someone like this contrary to what any sense of reason or sanity might indicate.

And not to brigade, but note that they only allow 150 characters for the actual report, but 500 characters for urls and pages. So you can fit more stuff into the url section than the report. So I put in a bunch of urls, with parentheticals saying what they were, and then just a brief summary into the 150 characters.

Also bit.ly can save you characters on the urls, although I think full links to things like Twitter profiles are probably better.

Finally, fun fact: only two states have rat-out forms specifically to rat out social media and cell phone using inmates: Georgia and Indiana. What a divine coincidence this particular stupid motherfucker happened to be in one of those two states.
