I'm opposed to lynching, extra-judicial execution, police brutality, eye-for-an-eye, retribution, and all that fashy/banger shit. We have laws, juries, and trials in this country.
Cringe.
Vigilante justice is the only moral way to enact justice because people use the appropriate amount of force for the crime. With courts there is all this obfuscation, they use smoke and mirrors so the criminal doesn't get the punishment that he deserves. Also, vigilante retribution is quick, easy and simple, courts waste everybody's time.

Well, it looks we could be fast heading that way.

Vigilantism becoming the norm is nightmare fuel but get on with your bad self there

Stolen from the Riot thread however -
Aaand Maxine Waters gets in the mix, calling for people to take to the streets if Chauvin is not convicted.
This bitch needs some enrichment in the form of lead to the head in Minecraft.

They really need to call a mistrial because the jury is not sequestered until they go in to reach a verdict. They are hearing these threats.
Add "Sitting Congresswoman comes to a state that isn't hers and tells people to stay on the streets and get more active and more confrontational if a guilty verdict isn't received" to the mistrial/appeal pile.

How would that affect the blood level if he was dead? Don't you actually have to be alive for the lungs to transport oxygen to the blood?
Nope. It's just a mechanical pump that allows for a chemical process of gas exchange. If a CPR machine is pumping the heart and an oxygen tank is flooding the lungs, then it doesn't matter that a person's brain is and has been dead.

Consider that donated blood often sits in a refrigerator for over a month before it's transfused, but it's still functional and "alive" enough to kick around in the recipient's body for the regular amount of time, minus a few weeks or so.

I don't really report on this kind of shit, but the bullshit that the Floyd family attorney is saying that a conviction for Chauvin would set precedent is complete bullshit.

Key quotes:

Benjiman Crump said:
The outcome that we pray for and Derek Chauvin is for him to be held criminally liable for killing George Floyd, because we believe that could be a precedent

Finally making America live up to its promise of liberty and justice for all. That means all of us -- Black people, Hispanic people, Native people -- all of us.

And I am tired of -- as many Black people are -- tired of hearing when they kill unarmed Black people. I mean, from the local level all the way to the president of the United States they say, 'It is tragic that Daunte Wright was killed but looting is unacceptable -- What I want the president and everybody to add to that line, Martha, is killing unarmed Black people is unacceptable

We have to send that message to the police, because the crux of the matter is this: I was born Black and I am going to die Black, but police do not kill me because I am Black.

The article makes note that Crump represented the families of the BLM nigger trifecta - Treyvon Martin, Michael Brown, and Breonna Taylor.
